A銀行B分行投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀分析及發(fā)展策略研究

【摘要】:中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展帶動了金融業(yè)的發(fā)展與金融產(chǎn)品多樣化,在利率市場化日趨明朗、資本約束增強(qiáng)、融資結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整等政策環(huán)境與行業(yè)背景下,投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)為商業(yè)銀行的業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)變革提供了一條新的路徑。A銀行也在經(jīng)歷類似轉(zhuǎn)型,B分行作為A銀行在投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域發(fā)展較快的一級分行,其投行業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀直接影響著分行投行業(yè)務(wù)的運(yùn)營績效和總行投行業(yè)務(wù)的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。本文研究之重點(diǎn),正是對A銀行B分行投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行體系化分析,并據(jù)此為該業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展提供相應(yīng)的策略建議,以期協(xié)助促進(jìn)B分行投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展。為此,本文綜合采用SWOT分析法、PEST分析法和BSC分析法,對B分行投行業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀通過16個維度和40個描述點(diǎn)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,旨在確立投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略定位,進(jìn)一步據(jù)以提出業(yè)務(wù)提升的具體策略,F(xiàn)狀分析結(jié)果表明,B分行投行業(yè)務(wù)處于良性發(fā)展態(tài)勢,機(jī)遇與威脅等環(huán)境因素具有轉(zhuǎn)化可能,內(nèi)部能力的優(yōu)劣則主要體現(xiàn)于客戶方面,故其現(xiàn)狀可表示為S-C-O-E的形式,即充分發(fā)揮自有優(yōu)勢,特別是在客戶和營銷方面的優(yōu)勢,并同時外部經(jīng)濟(jì)影響的機(jī)遇因素,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文包括7部分內(nèi)容:第一部分是緒論,主要闡述了本文的研究背景、研究意義、研究目的、研究方法和主要創(chuàng)新點(diǎn);第二部分是文獻(xiàn)綜述,著重從商業(yè)銀行開展投行業(yè)務(wù)的理論基礎(chǔ)、投行業(yè)務(wù)的國際比較分析和國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行從事投資業(yè)務(wù)的歷史與經(jīng)驗(yàn)角度全面展示了目前商業(yè)銀行開展投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)的研究成果,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出現(xiàn)有研究不足和本文切入點(diǎn);第三部分則對A銀行B分行投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行了概述;第四部分通過SWOT、PEST和BSC等多種分析工具,對A銀行B分行的投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行了戰(zhàn)略分析;之后,第五部分則針對性的提出目前A銀行B分行發(fā)展投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)中在發(fā)展策略中存在的問題;并在第六部分中提出提升策略;第七部分對本文研究整體過程和主要內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并就未來研究提出展望。針對目前B分行投行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展策略的實(shí)際情況和現(xiàn)存問題,本文從產(chǎn)品、客戶營銷、內(nèi)控、學(xué)習(xí)和財務(wù)角度等方面針對性地提出幾點(diǎn)具體的提升策略,其一是厘清產(chǎn)品線,明晰側(cè)重點(diǎn);其二是優(yōu)化營銷形式,善用內(nèi)外資源;其三是強(qiáng)化風(fēng)險控制,提升精細(xì)管理;其四是提高培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量,加強(qiáng)隊(duì)伍建設(shè);其五是提升管理整體協(xié)同并注重間接職能影響;其六是明確總行資金池資產(chǎn)配置策略;其七是制定產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新策略;其八是嚴(yán)格把握內(nèi)部風(fēng)險控制確保理財資金安全兌付。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of China's economy has led to the development of the financial industry and diversification of financial products. In the context of the policy environment and industry background, such as the interest rate marketization, the strengthening of capital constraints and the adjustment of the financing structure, etc. Investment banking provides a new path for the structural transformation of commercial banks. Bank A is also undergoing a similar transformation of branch B as a first-tier branch of Bank A in the field of investment banking. The operating status of its investment banking business directly affects the operating performance of branch investment banking business and the strategic planning of head bank investment banking business. The focus of this paper is to systematize the present situation of investment banking business in Bank A B Branch, and provide corresponding suggestions for the development of this business in order to help promote the development of investment banking business in B Branch. Therefore, this paper adopts SWOT analysis method, pest analysis method and BSC analysis method to analyze the present situation of investment banking business in B branch in detail through 16 dimensions and 40 description points, in order to establish the strategic orientation of investment banking business. On the basis of this, the specific strategy of business promotion is put forward. The results show that the investment banking business of B branch is in a benign development situation, the environmental factors such as opportunity and threat have the possibility of transformation, and the advantages and disadvantages of internal capability are mainly reflected in the customers, so its present situation can be expressed as the form of S-C-O-E. That is to give full play to their own advantages, especially in the customer and marketing aspects, and at the same time external economic impact of the opportunity factors, to achieve sustainable development of enterprises. This article includes seven parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly elaborated the research background, the research significance, the research goal, the research method and the main innovation point, the second part is the literature review, Focusing on the theoretical basis of investment banking business, the international comparative analysis of investment banking business and the history and experience of domestic commercial banks in investment business, the paper comprehensively shows the research results of investment banking business carried out by commercial banks at present. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the deficiency of the existing research and the breakthrough point of this paper; the third part summarizes the investment banking business of Bank A B Branch; the fourth part uses SWOTPEST and BSC and other analysis tools. After the strategic analysis of the investment banking business of the A Bank B Branch, the fifth part points out the problems existing in the development strategy of the A Bank B Branch. In the sixth part, the promotion strategy is proposed. In the seventh part, the whole process and main contents of this study are summarized, and the prospect of future research is put forward. In view of the actual situation and existing problems of investment banking business development strategy in B Branch at present, this paper puts forward several specific promotion strategies from the aspects of product, client marketing, internal control, learning and finance. One is to clarify the product line. The second is to optimize the marketing form and make good use of internal and external resources; the third is to strengthen risk control and improve fine management; the fourth is to improve the quality of training and strengthen the team building; The fifth is to enhance the overall coordination of management and pay attention to the indirect function; its sixth is to make clear the asset allocation strategy of the capital pool of the head office; its seventh is to formulate product innovation strategy; its eighth is to strictly grasp the internal risk control to ensure the safe payment of financial funds.
