【摘要】：我國入世過渡期結束后,三大產(chǎn)業(yè)利用外資的結構發(fā)生了很大變化。本文利用1997-2010年數(shù)據(jù),從產(chǎn)業(yè)視角對外資結構與就業(yè)結構的變動及其相互關系進行了實證研究。經(jīng)驗分析表明,第一、二產(chǎn)業(yè)的外資結構比例與就業(yè)結構比例總體趨于下降,第三產(chǎn)業(yè)外資結構比例和就業(yè)結構比例顯著上升;外資結構比例在三大產(chǎn)業(yè)中的動態(tài)分布與就業(yè)結構比例的產(chǎn)業(yè)分布不完全同步,外資從第二產(chǎn)業(yè)向第三產(chǎn)業(yè)轉移的速度要快于就業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉移;第二、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)外資結構與就業(yè)結構具有長期協(xié)整關系,前者為反向變動,后者為同向變動;但外資流入在一定程度上受就業(yè)因素的牽制。在勞動力成本趨升的條件下,要從引資"數(shù)量型"轉向"質量型",提高我國勞動力素質是關鍵。
[Abstract]:After the transition period of China's entry into WTO, the structure of utilizing foreign capital in the three industries has changed greatly. Based on the data from 1997 to 2010, this paper makes an empirical study on the change of foreign capital structure and employment structure and their relationship from the perspective of industry. The empirical analysis shows that, first, the proportion of foreign capital structure and employment structure of the second industry tends to decrease, while the proportion of foreign capital structure and employment structure of the tertiary industry increases significantly. The dynamic distribution of the proportion of foreign capital structure in the three major industries and the industrial distribution of the proportion of employment structure are not completely synchronized, and the transfer of foreign capital from the secondary industry to the tertiary industry is faster than the industrial transfer of employment; second, There is a long-term cointegration relationship between tertiary industry foreign capital structure and employment structure, the former is reverse change, the latter is in the same direction, but the inflow of foreign capital is restrained by employment factors to some extent. Under the condition of rising labor cost, it is the key to improve the quality of our country's labor force from "quantity" to "quality".
