【摘要】：當(dāng)下,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融迅速發(fā)展成為新興的金融交易方式,因此對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融實(shí)行有效監(jiān)管已逐漸成為各國(guó)政府及相關(guān)金融監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)的共識(shí)。目前國(guó)內(nèi)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融監(jiān)管仍有法律不完善、缺乏監(jiān)管規(guī)制等問(wèn)題。對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的有效監(jiān)管是讓互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的前提條件。本文通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融監(jiān)管現(xiàn)狀及國(guó)外優(yōu)秀監(jiān)管模式的分析和對(duì)比,對(duì)如何進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和規(guī)范我國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融市場(chǎng),進(jìn)而促進(jìn)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展提出建議。
[Abstract]:At present, Internet finance has developed rapidly into a new financial transaction mode. Therefore, effective supervision of Internet finance has gradually become the consensus of governments and relevant financial regulatory agencies. At present, there are still some problems in domestic Internet financial supervision, such as imperfect law and lack of regulation. The effective supervision of internet finance is the precondition for the sustainable and healthy development of internet finance. Based on the analysis and comparison of the current situation of Internet financial supervision in China and the excellent supervision modes abroad, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to further strengthen and standardize the Internet financial market in China and promote the harmonious development of socialist market economy.
