【摘要】：在量化寬松措施逐步退出之際對次貸危機進行重新回顧,我們可以得到更全面和深入的認識。本文從金融市場、貨幣政策、經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)幾個方面回溯了次貸危機爆發(fā)的原因,以大蕭條時期的教訓(xùn)為基礎(chǔ)分析了貨幣政策發(fā)揮最后貸款人職責和釋放充足流動性的危機救助作用機理,通過與大蕭條時期的縱向?qū)Ρ群团c歐洲的橫向?qū)Ρ日f明了危機救助措施的有效性。最后本文從未雨綢繆的角度總結(jié)了次貸危機對我國經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型期貨幣政策的啟示,提出了進一步優(yōu)化我國貨幣政策傳導(dǎo)機制、注重對房地產(chǎn)等資產(chǎn)價格波動的應(yīng)對等多方面政策建議。
[Abstract]:We can get a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the subprime mortgage crisis when quantitative easing steps out. This paper traces the causes of the subprime mortgage crisis from the financial market, monetary policy and economic structure. Based on the lessons of the Great Depression, this paper analyzes the mechanism of the crisis relief function of monetary policy, which plays the role of lender of last resort and releases sufficient liquidity. The effectiveness of the crisis relief measures is illustrated by a vertical comparison with the Great Depression and a horizontal comparison with Europe. Finally, this paper summarizes the implications of the subprime mortgage crisis on the monetary policy in China's economic transition period from the perspective of making good plans ahead of time, and puts forward the further optimization of the transmission mechanism of monetary policy in China. Focus on real estate and other asset price fluctuations in response to a number of policy recommendations.
