【摘要】：當前我國正面臨著管理通貨膨脹、保持物價總水平相對穩(wěn)定的重大使命,而管控物價總水平的前置條件是精準地理解通貨膨脹的形成機理。作者基于古典貨幣數(shù)量論的解釋框架,從貨幣流通量與商品交易量兩個角度出發(fā)來闡述我國本輪通脹的成因與機理,指出混合型貨幣超發(fā)和缺口型商品交易是通脹發(fā)生的本源性因素,并由此提出"中國式通脹"這個基本命題,即本輪通脹是在經(jīng)濟全球化背景下,一個長期依靠投資—出口主導(dǎo)來實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟增長的發(fā)展中大國回應(yīng)短期外部調(diào)整之后的客觀產(chǎn)物�；�"中國式通脹"的形成機理,作者提出了若干具有針對性的通脹治理方案。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is faced with the important mission of managing inflation and maintaining the relative stability of the total price level, and the precondition of controlling the total price level is to accurately understand the formation mechanism of inflation. Based on the explanatory framework of classical monetary quantity theory, the author expounds the causes and mechanism of China's current inflation from the perspectives of money circulation and commodity trading volume. It is pointed out that the overshoot of mixed currency and the trade of gap goods are the original factors of inflation, and the basic proposition of "Chinese inflation" is put forward, that is, the inflation of this round is under the background of economic globalization. A large developing country that has long relied on investment-export-led growth to achieve economic growth has responded to the objective outcome of short-term external adjustment. Based on the formation mechanism of "Chinese inflation", the author puts forward some targeted measures to control inflation.
