【摘要】：2008年美國次貸危機波及全球,最終掀起了一場全球金融風暴。以美元為主體的貨幣體系全線崩盤,暴露其內(nèi)在缺陷。其中,世界貿(mào)易的主要交易貨幣如美元、歐元和日元的匯率都波動劇烈,給全球范圍內(nèi)的國際貿(mào)易資金流動與結(jié)算造成了巨大的匯率風險,導致多國經(jīng)濟的不穩(wěn)定。為了降低匯率風險對各國經(jīng)濟的影響,要求國際貨幣體系改革的呼聲日益高漲。 現(xiàn)今,我國已是僅次于美國的世界第二大經(jīng)濟體,經(jīng)濟實力不斷增強,對外貿(mào)易迅速發(fā)展。但是我國人民幣的國際地位卻與之并不相符。近年來,伴隨著我國經(jīng)濟增長,人民幣匯率也較為穩(wěn)定。其他國家對人民幣的持有需求在不斷擴大,人民幣在與周邊國家的邊境貿(mào)易交往中使用規(guī)模也在逐年增加。如此背景之下人民幣國際化是必然趨勢。 2009年7月1日,我國正式啟動跨境貿(mào)易人民幣結(jié)算試點。作為人民幣國際化進程的第一步,盡管本質(zhì)上還只是貿(mào)易的計價和結(jié)算,但其推動我國與其他國家的經(jīng)貿(mào)發(fā)展的作用卻不容忽視,也是人民幣國際化最關(guān)鍵的一步。隨之,當權(quán)政府也陸續(xù)出臺一系列的相關(guān)政策來鼓勵和促進跨境貿(mào)易人民幣結(jié)算的發(fā)展。 本文通過對國內(nèi)外的研究進行了整理和歸納總結(jié)；并采用大量的數(shù)據(jù)和圖表對研究內(nèi)容進行定性和定量的分析；在理論分析的同時,又結(jié)合著實證分析,使本文的分析更加透徹,論據(jù)也更加有說服力。 全文分為七個部分進行研究,以下是本文的主要內(nèi)容概述： 第一章是緒論部分,主要介紹了本文研究內(nèi)容的相關(guān)理論和現(xiàn)實意義,并提出本文的研究方法、創(chuàng)新點以及研究難點。 第二章是相關(guān)理論和觀點綜述。先是介紹了貨幣國際化的概念,基礎(chǔ)理論,然后對貨幣國際化的理論條件以及度量指標進行了觀點綜述。然后介紹了人民幣國際化相關(guān)理論和概念,并對人民幣國際化的條件、必然性和路徑等問題進行了分析及闡述。接著,對跨境貿(mào)易人民幣結(jié)算進行了概述,并闡述了跨境貿(mào)易結(jié)算貨幣最優(yōu)選擇理論,奠定其理論基礎(chǔ)。最后,闡述了離岸金融理論,及其相關(guān)概念。 第三章介紹了人民幣國際化進程中跨境人民幣結(jié)算的歷史背景。 第四章主要是以2008年國際金融危機后我國正式開展跨境貿(mào)易人民幣結(jié)算為研究起點。文中從結(jié)構(gòu)和規(guī)模等方面分析了我國跨境貿(mào)易結(jié)算的現(xiàn)狀,雖然跨境貿(mào)易人民幣結(jié)算已進入快速發(fā)展軌道,但仍存在問題。 第五章分析了跨境貿(mào)易人民幣結(jié)算量的影響因素,以相關(guān)理論為依據(jù),就我國貿(mào)易總額、通脹率、宏觀經(jīng)濟發(fā)展速度和相關(guān)政策這幾個方面進行了系統(tǒng)分析,并以此為基礎(chǔ),重點從理論層面揭示我國跨境貿(mào)易人民幣結(jié)算發(fā)展的影響因素。通過構(gòu)建模型,側(cè)重從理論層面揭示影響我國跨境貿(mào)易人民幣結(jié)算發(fā)展的因素,從實證角度探討其與各影響因素的動態(tài)關(guān)系 第六章基于文中對跨境貿(mào)易人民幣結(jié)算的影響因素的分析,為了推進跨境貿(mào)易人民幣結(jié)算的發(fā)展,提出相應的策略建議。 第七章,經(jīng)總結(jié)思考,對推進人民幣國際化進程中的跨境貿(mào)易人民幣結(jié)算的實施進行分析和總結(jié),并展望前景。
[Abstract]:The United States subprime crisis hit the world in 2008, and finally set off a global financial storm. The dollar based monetary system collapsed and exposed its internal defects. Among them, the exchange rates of the main trading currencies of the world trade such as the dollar, the euro and the yen have fluctuated violently, which caused the flow and settlement of international trade funds in the world. The huge exchange rate risk leads to the instability of the multinational economy. In order to reduce the impact of the exchange rate risk on the economy of various countries, the call for the reform of the international monetary system is increasing.
Nowadays, China is the second largest economy in the world, which is second only to the United States. The economic strength is increasing and the foreign trade is developing rapidly. However, the international status of China's RMB is not consistent with it. In recent years, with the economic growth of our country, the RMB exchange rate is also more stable. The demand for the holding of RMB is expanding in other countries. The scale of the use of the currency in border trade with neighboring countries is increasing year by year. In this context, the internationalization of RMB is an inevitable trend.
In July 1, 2009, China officially launched the pilot of cross-border trade RMB settlement. As the first step in the process of internationalization of the RMB, although it is essentially only the valuation and settlement of trade, its role in promoting economic and trade development between China and other countries can not be ignored. It is also the most important step in the internationalization of the people's currency. A series of related policies have been introduced to encourage and promote the development of RMB settlement in cross-border trade.
This paper collate and sum up the research at home and abroad, and use a large number of data and charts to carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis of the research content. At the same time, the theoretical analysis, combined with empirical analysis, makes the analysis of this paper more thorough, and the argument is also more convincing.
The full text is divided into seven parts. The following are the main contents of this article:
The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the relevant theoretical and practical significance of this study, and puts forward the research methods, innovations and research difficulties.
The second chapter is a summary of relevant theories and views. First, it introduces the concept of currency internationalization, the basic theory, and then reviews the theoretical and measurement indexes of the currency internationalization, and then introduces the related theories and concepts of the internationalization of RMB, and carries out the conditions, inevitability and path of the internationalized RMB. Then, the paper summarizes the RMB settlement in cross-border trade, and expounds the theory of the optimal choice of currency in cross-border trade settlement, and establishes its theoretical basis. Finally, it expounds the theory of offshore finance and its related concepts.
The third chapter introduces the historical background of RMB settlement in the process of RMB internationalization.
The fourth chapter is the starting point of the formal development of cross-border trade RMB settlement in China after the 2008 international financial crisis. This paper analyzes the current situation of cross-border trade settlement in China from the aspects of structure and scale. Although RMB settlement in cross-border trade has entered a rapid development track, there are still problems.
The fifth chapter analyzes the influencing factors of RMB settlement in cross-border trade. Based on relevant theories, this paper makes a systematic analysis on China's total trade volume, inflation rate, the speed of macroeconomic development and related policies. On the basis of this, it focuses on revealing the factors affecting the development of RMB settlement in China's cross-border trade from the theoretical level. Through the construction of the model, the factors that affect the development of RMB settlement in China's cross-border trade are emphatically revealed from the theoretical level, and the dynamic relationship with the influencing factors is discussed from an empirical perspective.
The sixth chapter is based on the analysis of the influencing factors of RMB settlement in cross-border trade. In order to promote the development of RMB settlement in cross-border trade, the corresponding strategic suggestions are put forward.
The seventh chapter, after summing up, analyzes and summarizes the implementation of RMB settlement in cross-border RMB trade in the process of RMB internationalization, and looks forward to the future.
