【摘要】：金融包容是金融排斥理念的拓展與深化。從金融包容的角度,選取我國31個省、區(qū)、市(不含港澳臺地區(qū))的農(nóng)村地區(qū)為研究對象,從農(nóng)戶、企業(yè)、區(qū)域三個層面選取指標,構建農(nóng)村金融包容綜合指數(shù),反映不同區(qū)域農(nóng)村金融包容的區(qū)域差異全貌。在此基礎上,從需求、供給及社會三個層面篩選農(nóng)村金融包容的影響要素,并利用模糊曲線法驗證各要素對農(nóng)村金融包容的貢獻彈性,有效解決要素間的復雜相關和互為因果關系,從而界定我國農(nóng)村金融包容的關鍵影響要素。結合國外經(jīng)驗和實證分析結果,提出我國農(nóng)村金融包容的對策包括各區(qū)域經(jīng)濟、金融、社會的協(xié)調(diào),城鄉(xiāng)金融協(xié)調(diào)以及區(qū)際金融協(xié)調(diào)。
[Abstract]:Financial inclusion is the expansion and deepening of the concept of financial exclusion. From the perspective of financial inclusion, the rural areas of 31 provinces, regions and cities (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) are selected as the research objects, and the comprehensive index of rural financial inclusion is constructed from the three levels of farmers, enterprises and regions. Reflects the regional financial inclusion in different regions of the regional differences in the panorama. On this basis, the influence factors of rural financial inclusion are screened from three aspects of demand, supply and society, and the contribution elasticity of each factor to rural financial inclusion is verified by fuzzy curve method. In order to define the key factors of rural financial inclusion, we can effectively solve the complex correlation and causality among the factors. Combined with the experience of foreign countries and empirical analysis, the paper puts forward the countermeasures of rural financial inclusion in China, including regional economic, financial and social coordination, urban-rural financial coordination and inter-regional financial coordination.
