【摘要】：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長(zhǎng)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)生活的方方面面都產(chǎn)生了深刻的影響,也為中國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)帶來了新的歷史轉(zhuǎn)折期和重要機(jī)遇期。作為資本市場(chǎng)上金融服務(wù)主要提供者的證券公司,迎來了新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。然而在中國(guó),什么樣的證券公司能在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中發(fā)展壯大?什么樣的證券公司擁有未來?本文認(rèn)為,有三點(diǎn)至關(guān)重要:第一,對(duì)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)未來發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和特點(diǎn)要有系統(tǒng)分析;第二,對(duì)中國(guó)金融結(jié)構(gòu)的演變規(guī)律和方向要有準(zhǔn)確把握;第三,要具有自身獨(dú)特的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文對(duì)這三個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究,并提出了一些見解。
[Abstract]:Since twenty-first Century, the rapid growth of China's economy has had a profound impact on all aspects of economic life, and has brought new historical turning and important opportunities for China's capital market. As the main provider of financial services in the capital market, a new opportunity for development has been ushered in. However, in China, what is it like What kind of securities companies have the future? What kind of securities companies have the future? This article holds that there are three important points: first, we should have a systematic analysis of the future trend and characteristics of China's economic development; second, have an accurate grasp of the law and direction of the evolution of China's financial structure; and third, have its own unique core. Competitiveness. In this paper, the contents of these three aspects are systematically studied, and some opinions are put forward.
