城市商業(yè)銀行綜合績效評價研究

【摘要】:城市商業(yè)銀行,前身為城市信用合作社,是經(jīng)國務(wù)院批準(zhǔn),建立的銀行類金融機(jī)構(gòu)。幾年來,隨著城市商業(yè)銀行的不斷變遷、擴(kuò)張和發(fā)展壯大,其在中國金融業(yè)的地位也變得舉足輕重,不可或缺。不少規(guī)模大、經(jīng)營好的城市商業(yè)銀行已經(jīng)不僅僅局限于最初的市場定位,紛紛尋求更好、更大的經(jīng)營發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。近幾年,許多城市商業(yè)銀行已經(jīng)開始開展跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營業(yè)務(wù)、逐漸實現(xiàn)差異化經(jīng)營、大大擴(kuò)大了市場范圍。然而,機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存,在城市商業(yè)銀行信貸資產(chǎn)急速擴(kuò)張的同時,一些問題也開始逐漸顯現(xiàn)出來,商業(yè)銀行自身的發(fā)展遇到了一定的挑戰(zhàn),從而引起金融界等各界人士的關(guān)注。 本文就是根據(jù)城市商業(yè)銀行的特點以及在發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)的問題,在評價經(jīng)營績效的基礎(chǔ)上,加入對規(guī)?冃У目紤],建立適用于城市商業(yè)銀行的綜合績效評價指標(biāo)體系,并通過PLS通徑模型對指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理分析,從而得出目前城市商業(yè)銀行的績效評價結(jié)果,并針對該結(jié)果提出建議。 本文主要包括以下幾個部分: 第一部分是對城市商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析。找出其特點和在發(fā)展中暴露出來的問題,發(fā)現(xiàn)城市商業(yè)銀行目前發(fā)展速度較快,規(guī)模擴(kuò)張程度大、差距較大。 第二部分是建立城市商業(yè)銀行綜合績效評價模型。首先介紹了建立績效評價指標(biāo)體系的原則,根據(jù)這些原則,針對第一部分介紹的城市商業(yè)銀行的特點和問題,建立了城市商業(yè)銀行綜合績效評價指標(biāo)體系,該指標(biāo)體系包括經(jīng)營績效和規(guī)?冃蓚部分。然后,根據(jù)所建立的城市商業(yè)銀行綜合績效評價指標(biāo)體系的特點,選擇使用PLS通徑模型對其進(jìn)行處理分析。 第三部分為實證分析。分別選取了15家城市商業(yè)銀行2012年的指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)和哈爾濱銀行2008-2012年的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,,分析結(jié)果說明:規(guī)?冃Э梢詫C合績效水平產(chǎn)生重要的影響,在進(jìn)行績效評價時應(yīng)該將其考慮其中;規(guī)模績效與綜合績效存在正相關(guān)關(guān)系;根據(jù)從經(jīng)營績效和規(guī)模績效的匹配程度可以分析出城市商業(yè)銀行規(guī)模與其經(jīng)營效率是否相符合,從而可以判斷出其規(guī)模的發(fā)展是否合理;發(fā)現(xiàn)我國存在規(guī)模較大但是綜合績效水平相對較差的城市商業(yè)銀行;通過對一個銀行不同年份數(shù)據(jù)的分析可以看出該銀行在發(fā)展過程中的偏差與優(yōu)勢。這兩部分,一方面是從與其他城市商業(yè)銀行的對比分析中找準(zhǔn)自己的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和競爭地位,另一方面是通過對銀行進(jìn)行自身的比較而使銀行管理層及時發(fā)現(xiàn)問題予以改進(jìn),只有這兩部分結(jié)合起來進(jìn)行分析才能實現(xiàn)對一個城市商業(yè)銀行的全面評價。 最后,針對實證分析所得的結(jié)果提出了提高城市商業(yè)銀行績效水平的建議,包括注意規(guī)模與效率同步發(fā)展;提高成本利用效率;加強(qiáng)產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)創(chuàng)新;合理規(guī)劃組織和人才結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:City commercial banks, formerly known as city credit cooperatives, are banking financial institutions established by the State Council. Over the past few years, with the continuous changes of urban commercial banks, they have expanded and developed. Its position in China's financial industry has also become important and indispensable. Many large and well-managed city commercial banks have not only limited themselves to the initial market positioning, but also sought better and bigger business development strategies. In recent years, Many city commercial banks have begun to carry out cross-regional business operations and gradually realize differentiated operations, which greatly expand the market scope. However, opportunities and challenges coexist, while the credit assets of urban commercial banks expand rapidly. Some problems also began to appear gradually, the development of commercial banks met with certain challenges, which attracted the attention of people from all walks of life, such as financial circles. According to the characteristics of city commercial banks and the problems in the process of development, this paper, on the basis of evaluating the management performance, adds the consideration to the scale performance, and establishes the comprehensive performance evaluation index system suitable for the city commercial banks. Through the analysis of the index data by PLS path model, the performance evaluation results of the city commercial banks are obtained, and some suggestions are put forward. This article mainly includes the following parts:. The first part is to analyze the present situation of the development of the city commercial bank, find out its characteristics and the problems exposed in the development, and find that the city commercial bank is developing fast, the scale expanding degree is large, and the gap is big. The second part is to establish a comprehensive performance evaluation model of urban commercial banks. Firstly, the principles of establishing performance evaluation index system are introduced. According to these principles, the characteristics and problems of urban commercial banks are discussed in the first part. This paper establishes a comprehensive performance evaluation index system of city commercial banks, which includes two parts: management performance and scale performance. Then, according to the characteristics of the comprehensive performance evaluation index system of urban commercial banks, PLS path model is chosen to process and analyze it. The third part is the empirical analysis. The index data of 15 city commercial banks in 2012 and the data of Harbin Bank from 2008 to 2012 are selected to analyze. The results show that scale performance can have an important impact on the level of comprehensive performance. In the performance evaluation, we should take it into account; scale performance and comprehensive performance have a positive correlation; according to the matching degree of business performance and scale performance, we can analyze whether the scale of urban commercial banks and their operational efficiency are consistent. Therefore, we can judge whether the development of its scale is reasonable or not, and find that there are large scale urban commercial banks in our country, but the level of comprehensive performance is relatively poor. Through the analysis of the data of a bank in different years, we can see the deviation and advantage of the bank in the process of development. On the one hand, the two parts are to find out the development situation and competitive position of the bank from the comparative analysis with other city commercial banks. On the other hand, the bank management can find out the problems in time by comparing the banks. Only by combining the two parts can the comprehensive evaluation of a city commercial bank be realized. Finally, based on the results of empirical analysis, some suggestions are put forward to improve the performance of urban commercial banks, including paying attention to the simultaneous development of scale and efficiency, improving the efficiency of cost utilization, strengthening the innovation of products and services.
