基于3G技術(shù)的煙草市場管理服務(wù)信息系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:煙草行業(yè)信息化經(jīng)過多年的建設(shè),已經(jīng)初具規(guī)模,2009年2月的煙草工作會議更是明確指出:要以打造數(shù)字化專賣為切入點,以專賣管理所建設(shè)為突破口,強(qiáng)化專賣基礎(chǔ)管理工作。然而在煙草行業(yè)信息化蓬勃發(fā)展的同時,原有系統(tǒng)面臨著一線工作人員現(xiàn)場作業(yè)時,無法及時獲取及反饋信息的問題。為此,本文以3G技術(shù)為依托,研究了煙草市場管理服務(wù)信息系統(tǒng)。研究共分為七個部分:引言、相關(guān)理論與應(yīng)用綜述、系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃、系統(tǒng)分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、系統(tǒng)實施以及結(jié)論與展望。 首先本文從選題的背景、目標(biāo)和意義出發(fā),闡述了研究基于3G技術(shù)的煙草市場管理服務(wù)信息系統(tǒng)的重要性,并給出了本文的研究框架。進(jìn)一步針對煙草企業(yè)的信息化應(yīng)用和3G技術(shù)及其在煙草行業(yè)中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了綜述,指出3G技術(shù)在煙草行業(yè)信息化建設(shè)中將極大改善信息化建設(shè)效益和效果。在此基礎(chǔ)上分別從系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃、系統(tǒng)分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、系統(tǒng)實施等方面進(jìn)行討論。并指出,該系統(tǒng)為綜合運行分析提供了全面的數(shù)據(jù)支持;為規(guī)范營銷業(yè)務(wù)操作提供了有效的技術(shù)支撐;為提高專賣市場管理水平提供了強(qiáng)大的信息平臺;為深化內(nèi)部管理監(jiān)督提供了有效的監(jiān)控手段。 本文的創(chuàng)新點在于依托3G技術(shù),建立了一個以市場為基礎(chǔ),以采集客戶、分析信息、幫助決策為目的的管理信息系統(tǒng),解決了原有信息系統(tǒng)無法滿足一線作業(yè)人員現(xiàn)場作業(yè)需求的問題,幫助煙草企業(yè)在運營過程中進(jìn)一步明確目標(biāo)、分清權(quán)責(zé)、規(guī)范行為、便捷信息溝通,從而達(dá)到提高管理水平,提升企業(yè)效益的目的。并為其他煙草企業(yè)進(jìn)行信息化建設(shè)提供了有益參考。
[Abstract]:After many years of construction, the tobacco industry informatization has begun to take shape. The tobacco work conference in February 2009 clearly pointed out that we should take the construction of digital monopoly as the starting point, take the construction of monopoly management as the breakthrough point, and strengthen the basic management of monopoly. However, with the vigorous development of tobacco industry informatization, the original system is faced with the problem that the front-line staff can not obtain and feedback the information in time when they work on the spot. Therefore, based on 3G technology, this paper studies the tobacco market management service information system. The research is divided into seven parts: introduction, review of related theories and applications, system planning, system analysis, system design, system implementation, conclusions and prospects. First of all, from the background, goal and significance of the selected topic, this paper expounds the importance of studying tobacco market management service information system based on 3G technology, and gives the research framework of this paper. This paper further summarizes the information application of tobacco enterprises and 3G technology and its application in tobacco industry, and points out that 3G technology will greatly improve the benefit and effect of information construction in tobacco industry information construction. On this basis, the system planning, system analysis, system design, system implementation and so on are discussed. It is pointed out that the system provides comprehensive data support for comprehensive operation analysis, effective technical support for standardizing marketing business operation, powerful information platform for improving monopoly market management level, and effective monitoring means for deepening internal management supervision. The innovation of this paper lies in the establishment of a management information system based on 3G technology, which aims at collecting customers, analyzing information and helping decision-making, which solves the problem that the original information system can not meet the field operation needs of front-line operators, and helps tobacco enterprises to further clarify their objectives, distinguish their rights and responsibilities, standardize their behavior and facilitate information communication in the course of operation, so as to improve the management level. The purpose of improving the efficiency of an enterprise. It also provides a useful reference for other tobacco enterprises to carry out information construction.
