中國電動汽車商業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的多種模式比較分析

【摘要】:作為解決能源和環(huán)境問題的重要手段,電動汽車的發(fā)展前景廣闊。目前我國電動汽車存在產(chǎn)品售價高、市場需求弱、技術(shù)的主導(dǎo)設(shè)計沒有形成等問題,如何進行市場化和商業(yè)化仍需進一步探索。商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新是實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展的重要手段。因此,本文從商業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的角度,研究中國電動汽車商業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的多種商業(yè)模式,具有重大的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。本文選取杭州、深圳、北京、合肥四個典型性城市作為案例研究對象,綜合采用社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法、跨案例比較法,從動態(tài)的角度分析了各城市商業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的形成過程。首先,介紹和分析了前人對于商業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)、利益相關(guān)者、商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的研究,總結(jié)文獻的可借鑒之處和不足之處,提出本文的研究內(nèi)容。其次,系統(tǒng)性地描述了中國電動汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程,將其分為產(chǎn)業(yè)萌芽探索期、產(chǎn)業(yè)初始培育期、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展期,并分析了電動汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)中的關(guān)鍵利益相關(guān)者在三個發(fā)展階段的表現(xiàn)。再次,在理論基礎(chǔ)上,從商業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的利益相關(guān)者出發(fā),從動態(tài)角度對各個城市的商業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)進行深入研究,包括產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)(整車廠廠商和關(guān)鍵零部件廠商)、運營模式(運營商)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)(政府和運營商)、新能源汽車市場示范情況(消費者)、新能源汽車主要扶持政策(政府)。第四,基于四種商業(yè)模式,分析在“構(gòu)建-管理”商業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)兩階段過程中的“價值創(chuàng)造”和“價值獲取”機制,通過跨案例分析的方法,比較四城市電動汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的商業(yè)模式。最后,在全文的基礎(chǔ)上提出研究結(jié)論及建議。

[Abstract]:As an important means to solve energy and environmental problems, the development prospect of electric vehicles is broad. At present, there are some problems in electric vehicles in China, such as high price, weak market demand and no formation of the leading design of technology. How to carry out marketization and commercialization still needs to be further explored. Business model innovation is an important means to realize the rapid development of industry. Therefore, from the perspective of commercial ecosystem, this paper studies a variety of business models of electric vehicle commercial ecosystem in China, which is of great theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Beijing and Hefei are selected as the case study objects, and the formation process of the commercial ecosystem of each city is analyzed from the dynamic point of view by using the social network analysis method and the cross-case comparison method. First of all, this paper introduces and analyzes the previous research on business ecosystem, stakeholders and business model innovation, summarizes the references and shortcomings of the literature, and puts forward the research content of this paper. Secondly, it systematically describes the development process of China's electric vehicle industry, which is divided into three stages: the budding exploration period, the initial cultivation period and the industrial development period, and analyzes the performance of the key stakeholders in the electric vehicle industry in the three stages of development. Thirdly, on the basis of theory, starting from the stakeholders of business ecosystem, this paper makes a deep study on the business ecosystem of each city from a dynamic point of view, including industrial foundation (whole plant manufacturers and key parts manufacturers), operation mode (operators), infrastructure construction (government and operators), market demonstration of new energy vehicles (consumers), and the main supporting policies of new energy vehicles (government). Fourth, based on four business models, this paper analyzes the mechanism of "value creation" and "value acquisition" in the process of "building-managing" business ecosystem, and compares the business models of electric vehicle industry in four cities by means of cross-case analysis. Finally, on the basis of the full text, the research conclusions and suggestions are put forward.
