【摘要】：慶元縣是浙江省西南部的一個(gè)欠發(fā)達(dá)縣,近年來(lái),隨著上級(jí)政府扶持力度的加大,交通道路、信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的改善,經(jīng)濟(jì)迅猛發(fā)展。但與其它發(fā)達(dá)縣市相比較,還存在很大的差距。竹木加工業(yè)作為慶元縣的傳統(tǒng)特色優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè),經(jīng)過(guò)30多年的發(fā)展,已成為慶元工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)中的一項(xiàng)支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),尤其在近10年中發(fā)展勢(shì)頭強(qiáng)勁,如何保持這一產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康平穩(wěn)發(fā)展,并在今后全縣的工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中繼續(xù)發(fā)揮主力軍作用,是一個(gè)值得深思的問(wèn)題。本論文在調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)慶元竹木加工業(yè)發(fā)展歷程、現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其存在的問(wèn)題,對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題和問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行分析。利用PEST分析法對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的宏觀環(huán)境進(jìn)行細(xì)致分析,利用SWOT分析方法對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì),面臨的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析,對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)的今后發(fā)展目標(biāo)做出積極定位。利用文獻(xiàn)綜述法收集相關(guān)的理論材料,掌握傳統(tǒng)與最新的相關(guān)理論依據(jù),并運(yùn)用產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚、價(jià)值鏈等相關(guān)理論知識(shí)來(lái)指導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定與實(shí)施。在SWOT矩陣組合分析的基礎(chǔ)上,明確提出慶元縣竹木加工業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)以扭轉(zhuǎn)型戰(zhàn)略為主,多元化戰(zhàn)略為輔,實(shí)施產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚、品牌技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、人才開(kāi)發(fā)和創(chuàng)新研發(fā)四大策略,并在實(shí)施過(guò)程中要切實(shí)發(fā)揮政府部門的服務(wù)引導(dǎo)作用,企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)主體作用,以及協(xié)會(huì)的中介作用,從而促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚化,實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)的提升。希望本文能為欠發(fā)達(dá)縣市主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展提供一些借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Qingyuan County is an underdeveloped county in southwest Zhejiang Province. in recent years, with the increase of government support and the improvement of infrastructure such as traffic roads and information networks, the economy has developed rapidly. However, compared with other developed counties and cities, there is still a big gap. As the traditional characteristic advantage industry of Qingyuan County, bamboo and wood processing industry has become a pillar industry in Qingyuan industrial economy after more than 30 years of development, especially in the past 10 years. How to maintain the healthy and stable development of this industry and continue to play the role of the main force in the industrial economic development of the county in the future is a problem worth pondering over. On the basis of investigation and research, this paper analyzes the development course and present situation of Qingyuan bamboo and wood processing industry, finds out the existing problems, and analyzes the existing problems and the causes of the problems. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the macro environment of industrial development by using PEST analysis method, and makes a systematic analysis of the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of industrial development by using SWOT analysis method, and makes a positive orientation for the future development objectives of the industry. The literature review method is used to collect the relevant theoretical materials, master the traditional and latest relevant theoretical basis, and use industrial agglomeration, value chain and other related theoretical knowledge to guide the formulation and implementation of industrial development strategy. On the basis of SWOT matrix combination analysis, it is clearly put forward that the bamboo and wood processing industry in Qingyuan County should take the transformation strategy as the main strategy, the diversification strategy as the auxiliary strategy, implement the four strategies of industrial agglomeration, brand technical standard, talent development and innovation research and development, and give full play to the service guiding role of government departments, the market main role of enterprises and the intermediary role of associations in the course of implementation, so as to promote industrial agglomeration. Realize the promotion of industry. It is hoped that this paper can provide some reference significance for the strategic development of the leading industries in underdeveloped counties and cities.
