【摘要】：隨著國內(nèi)制造企業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,越來越多的管理者對企業(yè)的信息化的推進(jìn)看的越來越重,因?yàn)槠髽I(yè)的競爭力不僅僅是生產(chǎn)力的競爭,同時(shí)也是信息化的競爭,誰能在信息化的推進(jìn)中爭得先機(jī),誰就更能立于不敗之地。企業(yè)如果能夠擁有一套適合自身的信息化系統(tǒng),無疑將在越來越激烈的市場環(huán)境下?lián)碛懈訌?qiáng)的競爭力。當(dāng)前,國內(nèi)的企業(yè)的信息化程度還遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不如發(fā)達(dá)國家,也越來越多的制造企業(yè)意識(shí)到原先基本靠人工的信息管理模式已完全滿足不了當(dāng)前的市場形勢,不但浪費(fèi)了更多的人力成本,更重要的是這種模式完全拖垮了企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率和競爭力,從而更加容易被市場所淘汰。而作為制造企業(yè)中地位較高的以非標(biāo)產(chǎn)品為主要產(chǎn)品的裝備制造業(yè)更加容易出現(xiàn)因?yàn)槿绷�、斷料、配料不齊的情況而耽擱寶貴的生產(chǎn)時(shí)間,從而降低了客戶滿意度,甚至?xí)驗(yàn)榻回洸患皶r(shí)而產(chǎn)生賠款情況,因此對于這類企業(yè)來說,一套適合自身的信息管理系統(tǒng)則會(huì)大大提高計(jì)劃的準(zhǔn)確性、生產(chǎn)的即時(shí)性以及倉庫的高效性。本文研究采用了理論分析與實(shí)際案例相結(jié)合的方法,詳細(xì)分析了馬波斯精密儀器(中國)有限公司在信息化系統(tǒng)實(shí)施過程中的問題,并且運(yùn)用了相關(guān)ERP理論及項(xiàng)目管理的方法來解決馬波斯信息化推進(jìn)中碰到的問題,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了馬波斯信息化系統(tǒng)的成功上線。首先,本論文介紹了ERP及裝備制造業(yè)及項(xiàng)目制造的相關(guān)理論知識(shí)及文獻(xiàn)綜述,闡述了裝備制造業(yè)如何利用ERP來使用項(xiàng)目管理的方式來對計(jì)劃、生產(chǎn)及倉庫進(jìn)行管理及其重要性。隨后介紹了馬波斯精密儀器(中國)有限公司的發(fā)展概況,以及行業(yè)內(nèi)項(xiàng)目制造企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀和信息化系統(tǒng)的使用情況。然后分析了馬波斯在現(xiàn)有信息化管理模式中存在的問題。再次,重點(diǎn)討論“盒子”管理模式的原理和在ERP信息系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用。結(jié)合了馬波斯企業(yè)的目前的狀況,來討論如何運(yùn)用“盒子”管理的模式并運(yùn)用ERP系統(tǒng)來指導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)部門、計(jì)劃部門、生產(chǎn)部門和倉庫共同推進(jìn)信息化的進(jìn)程。最后,具體評(píng)估了系統(tǒng)上線后帶來的改善,也提高了馬波斯的生產(chǎn)效率和交貨及時(shí)性,同時(shí)也為業(yè)內(nèi)相關(guān)企業(yè)帶來了改善性的意見和參考。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of domestic manufacturing enterprises, more and more managers pay more and more attention to the promotion of enterprise informatization, because the competitiveness of enterprises is not only the competition of productive forces, but also the competition of information technology. Who can compete for the first opportunity in the promotion of information technology will be more invincible. If enterprises can have a set of information system suitable for themselves, they will undoubtedly have more and more competitiveness in the increasingly fierce market environment. At present, the informatization degree of domestic enterprises is far less than that of developed countries, and more manufacturing enterprises realize that the original basic manual information management model can not completely meet the current market situation, which not only wastes more labor costs, but also completely brings down the production efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises, so it is easier to be eliminated by the market. As a higher position in manufacturing enterprises, the equipment manufacturing industry, which takes non-standard products as the main product, is more likely to delay valuable production time because of lack of materials, broken materials and uneven ingredients, thus reducing customer satisfaction and even producing compensation because of untimely delivery. Therefore, for such enterprises, a set of information management system suitable for their own will greatly improve the accuracy of the plan. The timeliness of production and the efficiency of warehouse. This paper adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis with practical cases, analyzes in detail the problems in the implementation of information system in Marpos Precision instrument (China) Co., Ltd., and uses the relevant ERP theory and project management method to solve the problems encountered in the promotion of information technology in Marpos, and finally realizes the successful launch of the information system in Marpos. First of all, this paper introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge and literature review of ERP and equipment manufacturing and project manufacturing, and expounds how to use ERP to manage planning, production and warehouse in equipment manufacturing industry. Then it introduces the development of Marpos Precision instrument (China) Co., Ltd., as well as the present situation of project manufacturing enterprises in the industry and the use of information system. Then it analyzes the problems existing in the existing information management mode of Marpos. Thirdly, the principle of box management mode and its application in ERP information system are discussed in detail. Combined with the current situation of Marpos enterprises, this paper discusses how to use the "box" management model and use ERP system to guide the design department, planning department, production department and warehouse to promote the process of informatization. Finally, the improvement brought by the system is evaluated concretely, and the production efficiency and delivery timeliness of Marpos are also improved. at the same time, it also brings some suggestions and references for the relevant enterprises in the industry.
