【摘要】：自工業(yè)革命以來，作為戰(zhàn)略性資源的能源地位越來越重要，能源不僅作為人類賴以生存和發(fā)展的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)，而且還關(guān)乎到整個國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。自二十世紀六七十年代能源危機的出現(xiàn)，各國意識到能源的戰(zhàn)略地位和節(jié)能的重要性，節(jié)能的各種措施中提高能效被認為是最有效的措施之一。目前我國的能源問題是能源生產(chǎn)量小于能源消費量，能源消費的結(jié)構(gòu)仍以傳統(tǒng)型能源消費為主，能源的對外依存度高，工業(yè)部門的能源消費量一直居高不下，制造業(yè)部門成為我國最大的能耗部門。我國能源消費集中在特定部門和特定行業(yè)的現(xiàn)象揭示了我國產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題。因此選擇工業(yè)部門作為研究對象，更具實踐意義。 針對能源效率的測度問題，本文選取工業(yè)部門作為能源效率測度的研究對象。首先，本文系統(tǒng)深入地闡述我國能源和工業(yè)部門能源利用狀況。然后根據(jù)能源效率的理論文獻選取指數(shù)分解分析方法對我國工業(yè)部門的能源效率進行測度。從完美分解，分解結(jié)果的合理性角度考量選取相對完美LMDI指數(shù)對能源消費和能源強度建立能源效率測度模型，構(gòu)建綜合能源強度指數(shù)的能效指標，并對傳統(tǒng)的指數(shù)分解分析的活動指標進行擴展。利用LMDI對我國工業(yè)部門分行業(yè)實證分析結(jié)果表明：產(chǎn)出效應(yīng)對綜合能耗強度的降低一直起負面作用，而結(jié)構(gòu)效應(yīng)和強度效應(yīng)則對能耗強度的降低起正面作用其中強度效應(yīng)貢獻了最主要的作用。最后，，本文基于分析結(jié)果提出了相關(guān)的方法建議。
[Abstract]:Since the Industrial Revolution, the energy position as a strategic resource has become more and more important. Energy is not only the material basis for human survival and development, but also related to the development of the whole national economy. Since the emergence of the energy crisis in the 1960s and 1970s, countries have realized the strategic position of energy and the importance of energy conservation. Among the various measures of energy conservation, improving energy efficiency is considered to be one of the most effective measures. At present, the energy problem of our country is that the energy production is less than the energy consumption, the structure of energy consumption is still dominated by traditional energy consumption, the external dependence of energy is high, the energy consumption of industrial sector has been high, and the manufacturing sector has become the largest energy consumption sector in our country. The phenomenon that energy consumption is concentrated in specific sectors and industries in China reveals the problems existing in the development of industry in China. Therefore, it is of more practical significance to choose the industrial department as the research object. Aiming at the measurement of energy efficiency, this paper selects the industrial sector as the research object of energy efficiency measurement. First of all, this paper systematically and deeply describes the energy and industrial sector energy utilization in China. Then, according to the theoretical literature of energy efficiency, the exponential decomposition analysis method is selected to measure the energy efficiency of industrial sector in China. From the point of view of perfect decomposition and the rationality of decomposition results, the relatively perfect LMDI index is selected to establish the energy efficiency measurement model for energy consumption and energy intensity, the energy efficiency index of comprehensive energy intensity index is constructed, and the activity index of traditional exponential decomposition analysis is extended. The empirical analysis of industrial sector in China by LMDI shows that the output effect has always played a negative role in the reduction of comprehensive energy consumption intensity, while the structural effect and strength effect have played a positive role in the reduction of energy consumption intensity, in which the intensity effect has contributed the most important role. Finally, based on the analysis results, this paper puts forward some relevant methods and suggestions.
