我國(guó)工業(yè)部門(mén)能源效率的測(cè)度研究
[Abstract]:Since the Industrial Revolution, the energy position as a strategic resource has become more and more important. Energy is not only the material basis for human survival and development, but also related to the development of the whole national economy. Since the emergence of the energy crisis in the 1960s and 1970s, countries have realized the strategic position of energy and the importance of energy conservation. Among the various measures of energy conservation, improving energy efficiency is considered to be one of the most effective measures. At present, the energy problem of our country is that the energy production is less than the energy consumption, the structure of energy consumption is still dominated by traditional energy consumption, the external dependence of energy is high, the energy consumption of industrial sector has been high, and the manufacturing sector has become the largest energy consumption sector in our country. The phenomenon that energy consumption is concentrated in specific sectors and industries in China reveals the problems existing in the development of industry in China. Therefore, it is of more practical significance to choose the industrial department as the research object. Aiming at the measurement of energy efficiency, this paper selects the industrial sector as the research object of energy efficiency measurement. First of all, this paper systematically and deeply describes the energy and industrial sector energy utilization in China. Then, according to the theoretical literature of energy efficiency, the exponential decomposition analysis method is selected to measure the energy efficiency of industrial sector in China. From the point of view of perfect decomposition and the rationality of decomposition results, the relatively perfect LMDI index is selected to establish the energy efficiency measurement model for energy consumption and energy intensity, the energy efficiency index of comprehensive energy intensity index is constructed, and the activity index of traditional exponential decomposition analysis is extended. The empirical analysis of industrial sector in China by LMDI shows that the output effect has always played a negative role in the reduction of comprehensive energy consumption intensity, while the structural effect and strength effect have played a positive role in the reduction of energy consumption intensity, in which the intensity effect has contributed the most important role. Finally, based on the analysis results, this paper puts forward some relevant methods and suggestions.
