西安市保健食品生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀及產(chǎn)品消費(fèi)情況分析

【摘要】:通過對(duì)西安市保健食品企業(yè)及居民保健產(chǎn)品食用情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,為政府部門科學(xué)有效監(jiān)管提供指導(dǎo)。方法對(duì)西安市的保健食品企業(yè)及保健食品產(chǎn)品信息進(jìn)行調(diào)查,從保健食品加工方式和產(chǎn)地分布、從業(yè)人員組成、涉外地協(xié)查函、品種分布、功能構(gòu)成、違禁藥物添加等方面進(jìn)行分類統(tǒng)計(jì);采用現(xiàn)況調(diào)查的方法對(duì)保健食品消費(fèi)情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查,調(diào)查采用多階段隨機(jī)抽樣法,將西安市按城六區(qū)和郊縣分為兩層,每層各抽取1個(gè)區(qū)縣作為調(diào)查區(qū)域,詢問被調(diào)查者的年齡、性別、職業(yè)等基本情況以及購(gòu)買保健食品情況等;同時(shí),對(duì)西安市轄區(qū)內(nèi)銷售的聲稱有減肥等保健功能的保健食品進(jìn)行隨機(jī)抽樣,進(jìn)行藥物添加檢測(cè)。結(jié)果本研究對(duì)西安市保健食品企業(yè)持有的274個(gè)保健食品批準(zhǔn)證書及西安市轄區(qū)內(nèi)44家保健食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)進(jìn)行了調(diào)查分析。結(jié)果顯示:產(chǎn)品信息方面,硬膠囊是西安市保健食品使用最多的劑型;西安市的保健食品主要為緩解體力疲勞、減肥和增強(qiáng)免疫力類;生產(chǎn)企業(yè)方面,2011年以前,西安市保健食品企業(yè)加工方式以自加工為主,2011年以后,保健食品生產(chǎn)模式發(fā)生變化,委托加工企業(yè)的比例逐年增加;保健食品企業(yè)產(chǎn)地多集中在雁塔、長(zhǎng)安、灃東新城三地;保健食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)以使用面積在500~2000m2之間、人數(shù)在10~50人的企業(yè)為主,占保健食品企業(yè)的60%以上;違禁藥物添加檢出率為5.63%(8/142),主要為減肥類保健食品。保健食品銷售方面,西安市居民主要通過收聽廣播、看電視和報(bào)紙來了解保健食品知識(shí);經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力、受教育程度是影響居民食用率的顯著因素;農(nóng)民、工人保健食品食用率較低。結(jié)論西安市保健食品劑型主要為硬膠囊;保健功能分布不均;西安市保健食品存在一定程度的藥物添加現(xiàn)象,添加最多的是減肥類產(chǎn)品;涉足保健食品生產(chǎn)的制藥企業(yè)的保健食品生產(chǎn)設(shè)備、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和衛(wèi)生管理狀況較其他企業(yè)完善,對(duì)保健食品檢測(cè)能力和質(zhì)量控制措施顯著高于其它企業(yè);西安市企業(yè)涉外地協(xié)查函件較多,監(jiān)管部門應(yīng)查找問題的根源,配合其他省市藥監(jiān)部門嚴(yán)厲打擊違法行為,凈化保健食品市場(chǎng)。西安市居民主要通過聽收音機(jī)、看電視、報(bào)紙等來了解保健食品知識(shí),相關(guān)部門應(yīng)開拓更多方便、權(quán)威的保健食品知識(shí)宣傳渠道,提高人民群眾科學(xué)認(rèn)知和對(duì)問題保健食品的鑒別能力。經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力、受教育情況和從事的職業(yè)對(duì)居民食用保健食品所起的作用明顯。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation and analysis of the consumption of health food enterprises and residents in Xi'an City, this paper provides guidance for the scientific and effective supervision of government departments. Methods the information of health food enterprises and health food products in Xi'an was investigated and classified and counted from the aspects of processing mode and origin distribution of health food, composition of employees, cooperation letter involving foreign countries, distribution of varieties, functional composition and addition of prohibited drugs. The consumption of health food was investigated by the method of current situation investigation. Xi'an was divided into two layers according to the six districts and suburban counties in Xi'an, and one district and county was selected as the survey area in each layer, and the age, sex, occupation and other basic conditions of the respondents, as well as the purchase of health food were asked. At the same time, the health food sold in Xi'an area, which claimed to have weight loss and other health care functions, was randomly sampled and tested for drug addition. Results in this study, 274 health food approval certificates held by Xi'an health food enterprises and 44 health food production enterprises in Xi'an area were investigated and analyzed. The results showed that hard capsule was the most commonly used dosage form of health food in Xi'an, and the health food in Xi'an was mainly to alleviate physical fatigue, lose weight and enhance immunity. In terms of production enterprises, before 2011, the processing mode of health food enterprises in Xi'an was mainly self-processing, and after 2011, the production mode of health food changed, and the proportion of commissioned processing enterprises increased year by year. The producing areas of health food enterprises are mostly concentrated in Yanta, Changan and Fengdong New City; the production area of health food is between 500~2000m2, and the number of health food enterprises is 10 鈮,
