【摘要】：正近日,國家發(fā)改委正式核準(zhǔn)了中國石化新疆煤制氣外輸管道工程項目,標(biāo)志著該項目已經(jīng)具備開工建設(shè)條件。這將為增加我國天然氣供應(yīng),調(diào)整優(yōu)化能源結(jié)構(gòu),提高全國天然氣干線輸氣能力起到重要作用。同時,對于滿足中東部地區(qū)天然氣需求,帶動新疆和沿線地區(qū)經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展具有重要意義。新疆煤制氣外輸管道工程項目總投資1300多億元,主要建設(shè)內(nèi)容包括1條干線和6條
[Abstract]:Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) formally approved the project of China's petrochemical and gas export pipeline project, which marked the construction of the project. This will play an important role in increasing the supply of natural gas in China, adjusting the optimized energy structure and improving the gas transmission capacity of the national natural gas trunk line. At the same time, it is of great significance to meet the demand of natural gas in the eastern part of China and to drive the economic and social development of Xinjiang and the region along the line. The total investment of the project of Xinjiang coal gas transportation pipeline project is more than 13 billion yuan, and the main construction contents include 1 main line and 6 items
