【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)快速發(fā)展,對銅資源的需求量不斷增加。我國的銅資源相對稀缺,銅礦儲量有限,對銅的消費逐漸增加,原生銅金屬已滿足不了我國工業(yè)化進程的需要,嚴重制約了我國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。因此,對再生銅資源綜合利用,建立可持續(xù)發(fā)展的再生銅產(chǎn)業(yè),對我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義。對再生銅資源的回收、利用、循環(huán)再生利用可以節(jié)約大量的自然資源,實現(xiàn)清潔生產(chǎn)并形成循環(huán)經(jīng)濟的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,走人與社會、環(huán)境可持續(xù)發(fā)展的道路,因此,我們應加緊對再生銅資綜合利用的研究,使“廢棄物”成為循環(huán)經(jīng)濟中的一環(huán),從而將其納入生態(tài)平衡體系之中。本文首先從可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、清潔生產(chǎn)理論和循環(huán)經(jīng)濟理論等闡述了資源循環(huán)利用的理論依據(jù),接著對國內(nèi)外再生資源利用的研究進行了綜述。繼而對我國再生銅回收利用現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題進行分析,提出了提高銅的回收利用率和走循環(huán)經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展之路的重要性和緊迫性。然后主要通過對ZH公司的外部、內(nèi)部環(huán)境的研究,確定了影響ZH公司發(fā)展的外部機遇和威脅、內(nèi)部優(yōu)勢和劣勢。在此基礎上進行SWOT分析,確定了ZH公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。最后對戰(zhàn)略的具體的規(guī)劃實施和保障措施進行系統(tǒng)的分析,確保ZH公司實現(xiàn)開拓中國市場的目標。本論文采用了文獻研究法、案例分析法、定性分析和定量分析相結(jié)合的方法。另外,還采用了專家訪談法,對行業(yè)內(nèi)資深人士進行了一對一的訪談,獲取了大量有價值的資料,從而確保了論文在數(shù)據(jù)上的真實可靠性。本文的創(chuàng)新之處為在資源循環(huán)利用的基礎下,將戰(zhàn)略管理理論和企業(yè)的實際情況結(jié)合在一起,對ZH公司的戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境進行了客觀的、全面的分析,提出了未來發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略方案,為以ZH公司為代表的我國銅冶煉企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:With the sustained and rapid development of China's economy, the demand for copper resources is increasing. The copper resources in China are relatively scarce, the copper reserves are limited, and the consumption of copper is gradually increasing. The primary copper metal can not meet the needs of the industrialization process of our country, which seriously restricts the economic development of our country. Therefore, the comprehensive utilization of regenerated copper resources and the establishment of sustainable regenerated copper industry are of great significance to the economic development of our country. The recovery, utilization and recycling of recycled copper resources can save a lot of natural resources, realize cleaner production and form the industrial chain of circular economy, walk away from society and the road of sustainable development of environment. Therefore, we should step up the research on the comprehensive utilization of recycled copper resources, make "waste" become a link in circular economy, and bring it into the ecological balance system. This paper first expounds the theoretical basis of resource recycling from the theory of sustainable development, cleaner production theory and circular economy theory, and then summarizes the research on the utilization of renewable resources at home and abroad. Then the present situation and existing problems of recycled copper recovery and utilization in China are analyzed, and the importance and urgency of improving the recovery and utilization rate of copper and taking the road of circular economy development are put forward. Then, through the study of the external and internal environment of ZH company, the external opportunities and threats, internal advantages and disadvantages that affect the development of ZH company are determined. On this basis, the development strategy of ZH company is determined by SWOT analysis. Finally, the specific planning, implementation and safeguard measures of the strategy are systematically analyzed to ensure that ZH realizes the goal of opening up the Chinese market. This paper adopts the method of literature research, case analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. In addition, the expert interview method is used to interview the senior people in the industry on a one-to-one basis, and a large number of valuable materials are obtained, thus ensuring the true reliability of the paper in the data. The innovation of this paper is that on the basis of resource recycling, combining the theory of strategic management with the actual situation of enterprises, this paper makes an objective and comprehensive analysis of the strategic environment of ZH Company, and puts forward a strategic scheme for future development, which provides a certain reference value for the sustainable development of copper smelting enterprises in China represented by ZH Company.
