【摘要】：世界金屬統(tǒng)計(jì)局、中國(guó)海關(guān)信息網(wǎng)權(quán)威統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)顯示,近年來中國(guó)錳礦產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,錳礦的產(chǎn)量及進(jìn)口量均已躍居世界前列。文章在分析我國(guó)錳礦資源的儲(chǔ)量、產(chǎn)量、需求量、進(jìn)口量、進(jìn)口來源國(guó)以及進(jìn)口價(jià)格變化等情況的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了我國(guó)錳礦供需中亟待解決的幾個(gè)問題:1)我國(guó)錳礦資源尤其是富錳資源嚴(yán)重缺乏,錳礦產(chǎn)品供不應(yīng)求,對(duì)外依存度高;2)進(jìn)口來源國(guó)高度集中,價(jià)格波動(dòng)較大,海外資源薄弱等。并針對(duì)我國(guó)錳礦資源供需中存在的問題,提出深化技術(shù)設(shè)備改良、加大富錳資源勘查投入、提高礦產(chǎn)資源綜合利用以及"走出去"開采境外錳礦資源等4點(diǎn)建議。
[Abstract]:According to the authoritative statistical data of the World Bureau of Metals Statistics and China Customs Information Network, the manganese ore industry in China has developed rapidly in recent years, and the output and import of manganese ore have leapt to the forefront of the world. Based on the analysis of the reserves, output, demand, source countries and import price changes of manganese resources in China, this paper analyzes the reserves, production, demand, source countries and import price changes of manganese resources in China. Some problems to be solved urgently in the supply and demand of manganese ore in China are put forward: 1) the manganese ore resources in China, especially the manganese rich resources, are seriously scarce, the supply of manganese ore products exceeds the demand, and the dependence on the outside world is high; 2) the source countries of imports are highly concentrated, the prices fluctuate greatly, and the overseas resources are weak. In view of the problems existing in the supply and demand of manganese resources in China, this paper puts forward four suggestions, such as deepening the improvement of technical equipment, increasing the investment in exploration of rich manganese resources, improving the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources and "going out" to mine manganese resources abroad.
