【摘要】：近幾年,國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)下行,煤炭市場(chǎng)需求減少,行業(yè)產(chǎn)能過(guò)度釋放,進(jìn)口煤量劇增,新能源替代煤炭比重提高,環(huán)保政策剛性嚴(yán)重制約,受此綜合因素影響,煤炭供需關(guān)系嚴(yán)峻,煤炭?jī)r(jià)格跌宕起伏；此外,煤礦安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)越來(lái)越嚴(yán)格,國(guó)家強(qiáng)化了煤礦安全基礎(chǔ)建設(shè),嚴(yán)格了質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化考核評(píng)級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),這勢(shì)必導(dǎo)致安全投入不斷加大,擠占企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。這些都使得煤炭企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展受到嚴(yán)重威脅,深刻理解煤炭企業(yè)發(fā)展所面臨的困難和挑戰(zhàn),把握發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)、探究企業(yè)變革、形成多元化布局等成為煤炭企業(yè)的重要任務(wù)。文章以杉松崗礦業(yè)集團(tuán)為研究對(duì)象,利用外部環(huán)境分析的EFE矩陣分析了杉松崗礦業(yè)集團(tuán)的外部一般環(huán)境,使用內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析的IFE矩陣分析了杉松崗礦業(yè)集團(tuán)的內(nèi)部環(huán)境；在此基礎(chǔ),使用SWOT分析矩陣得到杉松崗礦業(yè)集團(tuán)發(fā)展策略的備選方案。通過(guò)綜合對(duì)比EFE矩陣和IFE矩陣得到的杉松崗礦業(yè)集團(tuán)面臨的機(jī)會(huì)和威脅的綜合評(píng)價(jià)分值和其自身優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)的綜合評(píng)價(jià)分值以及簡(jiǎn)單時(shí)間序列分析結(jié)果,提出杉松崗礦業(yè)集團(tuán)的發(fā)展方向。接著,利用簡(jiǎn)單時(shí)問(wèn)序列對(duì)杉松崗礦業(yè)集團(tuán)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)牧業(yè)的各業(yè)務(wù)單元進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,得到其現(xiàn)代農(nóng)牧業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。最后,提出了戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施方案。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the macroeconomic downturn at home and abroad has led to a reduction in demand in the coal market, excessive release of production capacity in the industry, a sharp increase in imported coal, an increase in the proportion of new energy alternatives to coal, and a serious restriction on the rigidity of environmental protection policies, which are affected by this comprehensive factor. The relationship between supply and demand of coal is serious, and the price of coal fluctuates and goes up and down. In addition, the coal mine safety standards are becoming more and more stringent, the state has strengthened the coal mine safety infrastructure construction, strict quality standardization assessment and rating standards, which is bound to lead to the continuous increase of safety investment, crowding out the economic benefits of enterprises. All these make the survival and development of coal enterprises seriously threatened. It is an important task for coal enterprises to deeply understand the difficulties and challenges faced by the development of coal enterprises, grasp the advantages of development, explore the reform of enterprises, and form a diversified layout. In this paper, Suisonggang Mining Group is taken as the research object, and the external environment of Suisonggang Mining Group is analyzed by using the EFE matrix of external environment analysis, and the internal environment of Suisonggang Mining Group is analyzed by using the IFE matrix of internal environment analysis. On this basis, the SWOT analysis matrix is used to obtain the development strategy options of Sisonggang Mining Group. Through the comprehensive comparison of EFE matrix and IFE matrix, the comprehensive evaluation score of opportunities and threats faced by Shansonggang Mining Group, the comprehensive evaluation score of its own advantages and disadvantages, and the results of simple time series analysis are obtained. The development direction of Suisonggang Mining Group is put forward. Then, the business units of modern agriculture and animal husbandry of Shanzonggang Mining Group are compared and analyzed by using simple time sequence, and the development strategy of modern agriculture and animal husbandry is obtained. Finally, the implementation scheme of the strategy is put forward.
