基于模塊化的國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司企業(yè)文化落地研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著企業(yè)文化對(duì)國(guó)家繁榮和企業(yè)發(fā)展所帶來(lái)的積極影響日益加劇,我國(guó)正迎來(lái)文化大戰(zhàn)略的重要時(shí)代,我國(guó)企業(yè)也步入了“文化制勝”的時(shí)代。作為關(guān)系國(guó)家能源安全和國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)命脈的國(guó)有重要骨干企業(yè),國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司歷來(lái)重視企業(yè)文化建設(shè),并將其作為提升公司軟實(shí)力和核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要途徑。但由于下屬公司數(shù)目眾多且文化建設(shè)基礎(chǔ)參差不齊,國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司迫切需要提高下屬公司的企業(yè)文化落地水平。本文針對(duì)國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)特點(diǎn)對(duì)落地問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研、專家訪談、文獻(xiàn)研究等方式,對(duì)國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司企業(yè)文化落地方法進(jìn)行了深入研究,探索出一套適合母子型企業(yè)集團(tuán)實(shí)施統(tǒng)一的企業(yè)文化的新方案,并付之于工程實(shí)踐,驗(yàn)證論文研究的有效性。 首先,就國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于企業(yè)文化落地和模塊化理論進(jìn)行綜述,確定研究方向,明確論文研究的目的及意義,進(jìn)而提出本論文的研究?jī)?nèi)容及方法。 其次,開(kāi)展對(duì)企業(yè)文化落地、模塊化等理論的研究,詳細(xì)分析國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司企業(yè)特征和企業(yè)文化落地特點(diǎn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合企業(yè)文化落地一般過(guò)程,提出國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司落地的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題,進(jìn)而構(gòu)建基于模塊化的國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司企業(yè)文化落地的研究框架。 再次,運(yùn)用模塊化理論開(kāi)展國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司企業(yè)文化落地過(guò)程的詳細(xì)研究。研究?jī)?nèi)容主要包括兩部分:一是將企業(yè)文化落地過(guò)程自上而下分解為單元模塊;二是在運(yùn)用灰色聚類法對(duì)落地過(guò)程模塊和下屬公司聚類的基礎(chǔ)上,將模塊重新組合,輸出滿足不同落地要求的多樣化過(guò)程。 最后,將研究成果在國(guó)家電網(wǎng)下屬某省公司—A公司進(jìn)行實(shí)際應(yīng)用,,通過(guò)A公司推進(jìn)國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司統(tǒng)一的企業(yè)文化在其下屬公司的實(shí)施過(guò)程,驗(yàn)證論文研究的適用性和有效性。
[Abstract]:With the increasing positive influence of corporate culture on the prosperity and development of the country, China is ushering in an important era of cultural strategy, and Chinese enterprises have also entered the era of "cultural victory". As an important backbone enterprise related to national energy security and the lifeblood of the national economy, the State Power Grid Company has always attached importance to the construction of corporate culture and regarded it as an important way to enhance the soft power and core competitiveness of the company. However, due to the large number of subsidiaries and the uneven foundation of cultural construction, the State Grid Company urgently needs to improve the level of corporate culture landing of its subsidiaries. This paper analyzes the landing problem according to the characteristics of the enterprise culture construction of the State Power Grid Company, and makes a deep study on the landing method of the enterprise culture of the State Power Grid Company through on-the-spot investigation, expert interview, literature research and so on. This paper explores a new scheme suitable for mother and child enterprise groups to implement unified enterprise culture, and pays it to engineering practice to verify the effectiveness of the research in this paper. First of all, this paper summarizes the theory of corporate culture landing and modularization at home and abroad, determines the research direction, clarifies the purpose and significance of the paper, and then puts forward the research contents and methods of this paper. Secondly, the theory of corporate culture landing and modularization is studied, and the enterprise characteristics and corporate culture landing characteristics of State Power Grid Company are analyzed in detail. On this basis, combined with the general process of corporate culture landing, this paper puts forward the key problems of the landing of the state power grid company, and then constructs the research framework of the enterprise culture landing of the state power grid company based on modularization. Thirdly, the modularization theory is used to carry out the detailed research on the landing process of the enterprise culture of the State Power Grid Company. The research content mainly includes two parts: one is to decompose the landing process of corporate culture into unit modules from top to bottom; Second, on the basis of clustering the landing process modules and subordinate companies by grey clustering method, the modules are recombined to output the diversification process to meet the different landing requirements. Finally, the research results are applied in A Company, a provincial company under the State Power Grid, and the applicability and effectiveness of the paper are verified by promoting the implementation process of the unified corporate culture of the State Power Grid Company in its subordinate companies.
