【摘要】：正在2014年度非常規(guī)油氣鉆井基礎(chǔ)理論研究與前沿技術(shù)開發(fā)新進展學(xué)術(shù)研討會上,中國工程院專家圍繞鉆井工程技術(shù)研究推動非常規(guī)油氣發(fā)展指出:"作為聯(lián)系三大石油集團和石油高等院校鉆井專家的紐帶,油氣鉆井技術(shù)國家工程實驗室等凝聚了中國‘入地'優(yōu)秀科研團隊,加強基礎(chǔ)研究,突出技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,瞄準(zhǔn)前沿進展,做好戰(zhàn)略儲備,讓我們繼續(xù)交流成果與心得,為非常規(guī)油氣鉆井發(fā)展創(chuàng)新出謀劃策。"中國石油、中國石化、中國海油和石油高校等組成的"人地"科研國家隊,近年來依托油氣鉆井技術(shù)國家工程實驗室等平臺合力
[Abstract]:At the 2014 Symposium on basic Theory Research and Frontier Technology Development of unconventional Oil and Gas drilling, Experts of the Chinese Academy of Engineering have promoted the development of unconventional oil and gas around the research of drilling engineering technology. They pointed out: "as a link between the three major oil groups and drilling experts in petroleum institutions of higher learning, The National Engineering Laboratory of Oil and Gas drilling Technology has condensed the excellent scientific research team of China's' land entry', strengthened basic research, highlighted technological innovation, aimed at the frontier progress, made a good strategic reserve, and let us continue to exchange achievements and experiences.
