【摘要】:企業(yè)面對(duì)激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),企業(yè)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量是保證其在市場(chǎng)中成為具有核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要因素之一,由各加工工序質(zhì)量的累積形成的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題是產(chǎn)品最終質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的重要組成部分,因此工序質(zhì)量是產(chǎn)品最終質(zhì)量?jī)?yōu)劣的關(guān)鍵之一。如何建立機(jī)加車(chē)間的質(zhì)量管理體系,如何控制和提高生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量,減少生產(chǎn)的實(shí)際結(jié)果與計(jì)劃期望之間的差距,已成為當(dāng)前產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)。論文在建立一種機(jī)加車(chē)間質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)影響工序質(zhì)量的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,明確關(guān)鍵影響因素,確定因素權(quán)重,然后用神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量預(yù)測(cè),進(jìn)而進(jìn)行工序質(zhì)量控制和反饋。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括以下幾個(gè)方面: 首先,在深入分析機(jī)械加工制造企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)特點(diǎn)及其車(chē)間質(zhì)量控制存在的問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上,提出并建立了一種面向機(jī)械加工制造企業(yè)的六層車(chē)間質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu),并形成了相應(yīng)的運(yùn)行流程。 其次,運(yùn)用關(guān)聯(lián)分析法確定影響工序質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵因素,根據(jù)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)關(guān)鍵因素進(jìn)行權(quán)重確定;用BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)理論,在產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)制造中的質(zhì)量檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,,建立一種機(jī)械加工制造車(chē)間質(zhì)量預(yù)測(cè)模型,然后依據(jù)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量預(yù)測(cè)信息,對(duì)影響因子進(jìn)行調(diào)整或者改變生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃進(jìn)行合理的生產(chǎn),并根據(jù)生產(chǎn)結(jié)果對(duì)車(chē)間質(zhì)量進(jìn)行事后控制和評(píng)價(jià)。 最后,在車(chē)間質(zhì)量控制模式以及質(zhì)量預(yù)測(cè)模型的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)和開(kāi)發(fā)了機(jī)械加工制造車(chē)間產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng),作為制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,在某機(jī)械加工制造企業(yè)車(chē)間產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理中進(jìn)行了具體應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:In the face of fierce market competition, the quality of enterprise products is one of the important factors to ensure that it becomes a core competitiveness in the market. The quality problem formed by the accumulation of the quality of each processing process is an important part of the final quality of the product, so the process quality is one of the keys to the final quality of the product. How to establish the quality management system of machine shop, how to control and improve the quality of products in the production process, and how to reduce the gap between the actual results of production and the planned expectations have become the research hotspots in the field of product quality control. On the basis of establishing an architecture of machine shop quality management system, this paper analyzes the basic data that affect the process quality, clarifies the key influencing factors, determines the factor weight, and then uses neural network technology to predict the quality. Then the process quality control and feedback are carried out. The main research contents include the following aspects: first of all, on the basis of in-depth analysis of the production characteristics of machining and manufacturing enterprises and the existing problems of workshop quality control, A six-tier workshop quality management system architecture for machining and manufacturing enterprises is proposed and established, and the corresponding operation flow is formed. Secondly, the key factors that affect the process quality are determined by correlation analysis, and the weight of the key factors is determined according to the basic data in the production process. Based on the quality detection data in product production and manufacturing, a quality prediction model of machining and manufacturing workshop is established by using BP neural network technology theory, and then according to the quality prediction information of the product, Adjust or change the production plan to carry on the reasonable production, and according to the production result to carry on the control and the appraisal to the workshop quality after the event. Finally, on the basis of workshop quality control mode and quality prediction model, the product quality management system of machining manufacturing workshop is designed and developed, which is an important part of manufacturing execution system. It has been applied in the product quality management of a machining and manufacturing enterprise workshop.
