德國(guó)大陸汽車(chē)基于采購(gòu)模式的采購(gòu)績(jī)效分析

【摘要】:隨著全球一體化,經(jīng)濟(jì)與科技的不斷發(fā)展,汽車(chē)零部件行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也愈發(fā)激烈,作為行業(yè)巨頭的德國(guó)大陸汽車(chē)面臨著前所未有的壓力。為了提高企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)效率以及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,作為大陸汽車(chē)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)重要環(huán)節(jié)的采購(gòu)部門(mén),迫切需要提升其采購(gòu)績(jī)效。盡管目前該公司采取集中采購(gòu)和分散采購(gòu)并行的采購(gòu)模式,但何種模式的采購(gòu)績(jī)效更高?如何構(gòu)建采購(gòu)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系,并評(píng)價(jià)其采購(gòu)績(jī)效?這些成為該公司迫切需要解決的問(wèn)題。 本研究以德國(guó)大陸汽車(chē)為研究對(duì)象,分析了該企業(yè)當(dāng)前采購(gòu)管理存在的一些問(wèn)題,構(gòu)建了采購(gòu)績(jī)效指標(biāo)體系,對(duì)比分析了不同采購(gòu)模式及其對(duì)采購(gòu)績(jī)效指標(biāo)的影響。最后,提出采用采購(gòu)效益值進(jìn)行采購(gòu)績(jī)效的綜合評(píng)價(jià)的定量評(píng)估方法,并針對(duì)三種采購(gòu)模式分析了其采購(gòu)績(jī)效,認(rèn)為:在大多數(shù)情況下,集中采購(gòu)的績(jī)效高于分散采購(gòu),并隨著采購(gòu)案例成功程度的增高,兩者趨于一致;分散采購(gòu)具有更強(qiáng)的靈活性;集中采購(gòu)和分散采購(gòu)混合的模式應(yīng)按照企業(yè)內(nèi)部需求確定混合程度,以提高采購(gòu)績(jī)效并保持一定的靈活程度。 德國(guó)大陸汽車(chē)基于采購(gòu)模式的采購(gòu)績(jī)效分析,有助于優(yōu)化選擇企業(yè)的采購(gòu)模式,提升該企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)績(jī)效。同時(shí),該研究也為其他企業(yè)的相關(guān)績(jī)效分析提供了參考。
[Abstract]:With the globalization, the continuous development of economy and technology, the competition of auto parts industry is becoming more and more fierce. As an industry giant, German mainland automobile is facing unprecedented pressure. In order to improve the operational efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises, as an important part of automobile production and operation in mainland China, procurement department urgently needs to improve its procurement performance. Although the company is currently adopting a parallel procurement model of centralized procurement and decentralized procurement, which model has better procurement performance? How to build a procurement performance evaluation system and evaluate its procurement performance? All this has become a pressing problem for the company. This research takes the German mainland automobile as the research object, analyzes some problems existing in the current procurement management of the enterprise, constructs the purchasing performance index system, and compares and analyzes the different purchasing modes and their influence on the purchasing performance index. Finally, this paper puts forward a quantitative evaluation method for the comprehensive evaluation of procurement performance with the value of procurement benefit, and analyzes the procurement performance of the three procurement models. It is concluded that in most cases, the performance of centralized procurement is higher than that of decentralized procurement, and that the performance of centralized procurement is higher than that of decentralized procurement. And with the increase of the degree of success of procurement cases, the two tend to be consistent; The hybrid model of centralized procurement and decentralized procurement should determine the degree of mixing according to the internal needs of the enterprise in order to improve the procurement performance and maintain a certain degree of flexibility. The procurement performance analysis of German mainland automobile based on purchasing mode is helpful to optimize and select the purchasing mode of the enterprise and improve the operation performance of the enterprise. At the same time, this study also provides a reference for the performance analysis of other enterprises.
