【摘要】：現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的發(fā)展離不開(kāi)企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)，企業(yè)要增強(qiáng)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、實(shí)現(xiàn)快速發(fā)展，就必須加快實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的信息化進(jìn)程。企業(yè)信息化的研究對(duì)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的發(fā)展具有重要意義。 本文基于W公司ERP項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施過(guò)程，探討了企業(yè)如何有效地導(dǎo)入ERP系統(tǒng)，以提高管理水平，強(qiáng)化內(nèi)部管理，，增強(qiáng)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 全文共分為六部分：第一部分提出了研究對(duì)象和研究方法，給出了論文的基本框架；第二部分對(duì)ERP系統(tǒng)相關(guān)的ERP概念、研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行了概述；第三部分利用相關(guān)的理論，分析了W公司的現(xiàn)狀及需求；第四部分闡述了W公司ERP的選擇方案；第五部分詳細(xì)闡述了W公司ERP項(xiàng)目具體的實(shí)施過(guò)程及評(píng)價(jià)；第六部分對(duì)研究?jī)?nèi)容作了總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:The development of modern enterprises can not be separated from the construction of enterprise informatization. In order to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness and realize the rapid development of enterprises, they must speed up the process of realizing the informatization of enterprises. The research of enterprise informatization is of great significance to the development of modern enterprises. Based on the implementation process of ERP project in W Company, this paper discusses how to effectively introduce ERP system to improve management level, strengthen internal management and enhance comprehensive competitiveness. The thesis is divided into six parts: the first part puts forward the research object and research method, and gives the basic frame of the thesis; the second part summarizes the concept, research status and development of ERP system related to ERP; The third part analyzes the current situation and demand of W company by using relevant theories, the fourth part expounds the choice scheme of W company ERP, the fifth part elaborates the implementation process and evaluation of W company ERP project in detail. The sixth part summarizes the research contents.
