【摘要】：風(fēng)險(xiǎn)無處不在,無時(shí)不有,每個(gè)企業(yè)在財(cái)務(wù)活動(dòng)過程中都有可能發(fā)生風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。鋼鐵行業(yè)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中占有很重要的地位,鋼鐵行業(yè)一旦發(fā)生財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),將會(huì)給國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)帶來很大的損失。因此,對(duì)我國(guó)鋼鐵行業(yè)上市公司的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)具有很大的指導(dǎo)作用和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文通過對(duì)前輩們的研究成果進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),并結(jié)合我國(guó)鋼鐵行業(yè)上市公司的特點(diǎn)和對(duì)其財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)生因素的分析,選取了56家鋼鐵行業(yè)上市公司2012年的財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo)作為樣本,運(yùn)用因子分析法對(duì)通過檢驗(yàn)的指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析并得出結(jié)果,之后對(duì)所得出的結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,并提出了相應(yīng)的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范措施。
[Abstract]:Risks are everywhere and all the time, and every enterprise may have risks in the process of financial activities. Iron and steel industry occupies a very important position in the national economy. Once the financial risk occurs in the steel industry, it will bring great losses to the national economy. Therefore, it has great guiding and practical significance to evaluate the financial risk of listed companies in China's iron and steel industry. In this paper, the research results of the predecessors are summarized, and combined with the characteristics of listed companies in China's iron and steel industry and the analysis of its financial risk factors, Selected 56 listed companies in the iron and steel industry in 2012 financial data indicators as a sample, using factor analysis to analyze the indicators through the test and get the results, and then the results are analyzed. And put forward the corresponding financial risk prevention measures.
