【摘要】：在當(dāng)前市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的環(huán)境下，建筑業(yè)作為我國(guó)十大支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一，它的發(fā)展對(duì)推動(dòng)整個(gè)地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)起著極其重要的作用。所以，，建筑業(yè)要想持續(xù)發(fā)展，成為其他行業(yè)的龍頭，必須具備核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來(lái)，傳統(tǒng)的以資源優(yōu)勢(shì)作為企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的理論已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)新的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境要求，企業(yè)必須尋求一種無(wú)形的、不易被模仿的方式來(lái)建立自身的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 本文首先，通過(guò)對(duì)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和建筑企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的研究，提出從平衡計(jì)分卡的角度對(duì)建筑企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行研究。其次，構(gòu)建建筑企業(yè)特有的以安全和環(huán)境層面為重點(diǎn)的平衡計(jì)分卡框架體系，并結(jié)合戰(zhàn)略地圖理論，將靜態(tài)的平衡計(jì)分卡動(dòng)態(tài)化。然后，把平衡計(jì)分卡融入到核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力中，建立建筑企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的指標(biāo)體系。利用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型及AMOS軟件構(gòu)建建筑企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力指標(biāo)體系模型并用驗(yàn)證性因子分析對(duì)模型的合理性進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。最后，利用確定的指標(biāo)體系和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型對(duì)具體的案例進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)分析，把平衡計(jì)分卡具體的應(yīng)用到M建筑企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究中，同時(shí)為我國(guó)建筑企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究提供一些可行性建議。
[Abstract]:As one of the ten pillar industries in China, the development of construction industry plays an extremely important role in promoting the economic growth of the whole region under the environment of increasingly fierce market competition. Therefore, if the construction industry wants to develop continuously, it must have the core competence to become the leader of other industries. With the advent of the economic era, the traditional theory of resource advantage as the competitiveness of enterprises can no longer adapt to the requirements of the new competitive environment. Enterprises must seek an invisible, not easy to imitate the way to establish their own core competitiveness. Firstly, this paper studies the core competence of construction enterprise from the point of view of balanced scorecard through the research of the literature about the core competence of enterprise and the core competence of construction enterprise. Secondly, the framework system of balanced scorecard, which is focused on safety and environment, is constructed, and the static balanced scorecard is made dynamic by combining the theory of strategic map. Then, the balanced scorecard is integrated into the core competence, and the index system of the core competence of construction enterprises is established. The structural equation model and AMOS software are used to construct the index system model of core competitiveness of construction enterprises, and the rationality of the model is verified by confirmatory factor analysis. Finally, we use the definite index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate and analyze the specific cases, and apply the balanced scorecard to the research of M construction enterprise's core competitiveness. At the same time, it provides some feasible suggestions for the study of core competitiveness of construction enterprises in China.
