AD公司出口策略研究

【摘要】:膨化食品機械行業(yè)最近二十年才在國內(nèi)發(fā)展起來,但是依托中國日漸強大的制造業(yè),膨化機械行業(yè)在國內(nèi)發(fā)展迅速,并且逐漸形成規(guī)模生產(chǎn)。該行業(yè)技術進入門檻低,制造成本低并且有大量的相關政策支持,因此,作為新興行業(yè),未來有較大的發(fā)展?jié)摿。膨化食品機械在國內(nèi)的主要生產(chǎn)基地包括山東、廣東、河北、上海等地,并且大多數(shù)廠家都有自主進出口經(jīng)營權,大部分業(yè)務為出口。其中山東半島集中了全國大部分膨化食品機械企業(yè),憑借其特殊的地理優(yōu)勢和技術優(yōu)勢等,一定程度上形成了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。 本文以山東AD膨化機械有限公司為研究對象,通過實地的見習和考察,對該公司做了深入的了解,從而以點帶面的形式對國內(nèi)整個膨化機械行業(yè)進行研究。通過分析AD公司的出口現(xiàn)狀以及問題,分析出企業(yè)自身的優(yōu)劣勢,結(jié)合AD公司在本地區(qū)所處的環(huán)境分析公司所面臨的機遇和挑戰(zhàn),采用高級SWOT分析法對AD公司進行矩陣分析,以得出該公司適合采取的發(fā)展策略。選擇好合適的出口策略之后,本文還提出了針對各個出口策略的實施舉措,以更好的支持公司策略的實施。 本文通過案例的形式對一個公司的各項出口要素做了研究,并且結(jié)合國內(nèi)外膨化機械的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,提出了相應的出口策略,這不僅對該公司有幫助,也對本行業(yè)內(nèi)其他的膨化機械廠家有一定的參考價值和借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:The expanded food machinery industry has only developed in China in the last two decades, but relying on the increasingly powerful manufacturing industry in China, the expanded machinery industry has developed rapidly in China, and gradually formed a large-scale production. The technology entry threshold of this industry is low, the manufacturing cost is low, and there are a lot of relevant policy support, therefore, as a new industry, there is great potential for future development. The main production bases of expanded food machinery in China include Shandong, Guangdong, Hebei, Shanghai and other places, and most manufacturers have independent import and export management rights, most of their business is export. Shandong Peninsula concentrated most of the expanded food machinery enterprises, with its special geographical advantages and technical advantages, to a certain extent formed an industrial cluster. This article takes Shandong AD expansion Machinery Co., Ltd as the research object, through the on-the-spot experience and the investigation, has done the in-depth understanding to this company, thus carries on the research to the domestic whole expansion machinery industry in the form of the spot belt surface. Based on the analysis of the current export situation and problems of AD Company, the advantages and disadvantages of the company itself are analyzed. Combined with the opportunities and challenges faced by the environmental analysis company of AD Company in this region, the matrix analysis of AD Company is carried out by means of advanced SWOT analysis method. In order to find out the development strategy that the company is suitable to adopt. After choosing the appropriate export strategy, this paper also puts forward the implementation measures for each export strategy, in order to better support the implementation of the company strategy. In this paper, the export elements of a company are studied in the form of a case, and combined with the development of expansion machinery at home and abroad, the corresponding export strategy is put forward, which is not only helpful to the company, It also has certain reference value and reference function for other expanding machinery manufacturers in this industry.
