大型客機(jī)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理流程優(yōu)化及績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:大型客機(jī)的生產(chǎn)是一類非常復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)集成工程,相應(yīng)的存在生產(chǎn)技術(shù)難度較大、系統(tǒng)組成復(fù)雜、研制周期長(zhǎng)、投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)大等基本特點(diǎn)。為了減少設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)間、縮短產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)周期、降低生產(chǎn)成本、減少投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn),以占有更多市場(chǎng),大型客機(jī)的絕大部分零部件需要依靠供應(yīng)商來(lái)完成。因此,大型客機(jī)的質(zhì)量水平主要由供應(yīng)商的質(zhì)量管理水平?jīng)Q定,主制造商必須有一套有效的供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理流程,以嚴(yán)格監(jiān)控其供應(yīng)商的質(zhì)量管理活動(dòng)及其產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量水平,保證大型客機(jī)的整體質(zhì)量水平。 本文從流程的角度對(duì)大型客機(jī)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理展開相關(guān)研究,通過(guò)分析本領(lǐng)域有關(guān)流程優(yōu)化和流程績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)等關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題,探索其中重要的理論和方法,其相關(guān)研究?jī)?nèi)容主要包括: (1)對(duì)我國(guó)大型客機(jī)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理流程進(jìn)行了梳理和分析。在分析國(guó)外大型客機(jī)制造行業(yè)典型公司的供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理流程成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)我國(guó)大型客機(jī)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理流程進(jìn)行了描述并構(gòu)建了流程圖。在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)了我國(guó)大型客機(jī)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理流程目前存在的主要問(wèn)題。 (2)提出了基于解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型的大型客機(jī)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理流程優(yōu)化方法及其供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量控制優(yōu)化方法。運(yùn)用解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型對(duì)我國(guó)大型客機(jī)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理流程進(jìn)行了分析,得出質(zhì)量評(píng)審和質(zhì)檢兩環(huán)節(jié)是流程中的核心環(huán)節(jié),并有針對(duì)性地提出了流程優(yōu)化措施以及給出兩環(huán)節(jié)優(yōu)化后的流程。為了提高產(chǎn)品合格率、避免質(zhì)檢環(huán)節(jié),節(jié)省時(shí)間和成本,提出了檢驗(yàn)制度、信息不對(duì)稱雙重條件下的供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量?jī)?yōu)化控制方法。以主制造商和供應(yīng)商的總收益為目標(biāo)函數(shù),通過(guò)構(gòu)建一系列的非線性約束條件,保證供應(yīng)商實(shí)現(xiàn)收益最大化的同時(shí)選擇高質(zhì)量水平生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品,以提高產(chǎn)品合格率,從而在一定程度上對(duì)質(zhì)檢環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行了有效控制,最后通過(guò)案例進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。 (3)構(gòu)建了大型客機(jī)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理流程績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和考慮語(yǔ)義灰度的二元語(yǔ)義績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)模型。針對(duì)目前績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)方法的不足,提出語(yǔ)義灰度的概念和度量方法,用語(yǔ)義灰度代替灰色系統(tǒng)中灰度來(lái)度量決策者的信息掌握程度,通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)考慮語(yǔ)義灰度的二元語(yǔ)義算子,建立了考慮語(yǔ)義灰度的二元語(yǔ)義評(píng)價(jià)模型,并進(jìn)一步提出了針對(duì)此方法計(jì)算結(jié)果的排序方法。將此模型應(yīng)用在大型客機(jī)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理流程績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)方面,并通過(guò)案例進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證和分析。
[Abstract]:The production of large passenger aircraft is a kind of very complex system integration engineering. The corresponding production technology is difficult, the system composition is complex, the development period is long, and the investment risk is large. In order to reduce the design time, shorten the production cycle, reduce the cost of production and reduce the risk of investment in order to occupy more markets, the majority of parts and components of large airliners need to be completed by suppliers. Therefore, the quality level of large airliners is mainly determined by the quality management level of suppliers, and the main manufacturer must have an effective supplier quality management process to strictly monitor the quality management activities of their suppliers and the quality level of their products. Ensure the overall quality level of large airliners. This paper studies the quality management of large passenger aircraft suppliers from the point of view of process. By analyzing the key issues of process optimization and process performance evaluation in this field, this paper explores the important theories and methods in this field. The related research contents include: (1) carding and analyzing the quality management process of large airliner suppliers in China. On the basis of analyzing the successful experience of supplier quality management process of typical large airliner manufacturing companies in foreign countries, this paper describes the supplier quality management process of large passenger aircraft in China and constructs the flow chart. On this basis, the main problems existing in the quality management process of large passenger aircraft suppliers in China are summarized. (2) based on the interpretive structure model, the optimization method of supplier quality management process and supplier quality control optimization method for large airliner is proposed. This paper analyzes the quality management process of large airliner suppliers in China by using the explanatory structure model, and concludes that the two links of quality evaluation and quality inspection are the core links in the process. And put forward the process optimization measures and two links of optimization of the process. In order to improve the qualified rate of products, avoid the quality inspection link and save time and cost, a method of supplier quality optimization control under the condition of inspection system and asymmetric information is put forward. Taking the total income of the main manufacturer and the supplier as the objective function, by constructing a series of nonlinear constraint conditions, the supplier can realize the maximum revenue while choosing the high quality production product to improve the qualified rate of the product. Thus to a certain extent, the quality control link is effectively controlled, finally through a case to verify. (3) the performance evaluation index system of the supplier quality management process and the binary semantic performance evaluation model considering semantic grayscale are constructed. Aiming at the deficiency of current performance evaluation methods, the concept and measurement method of semantic gray scale are put forward. Using semantic gray level instead of gray level in grey system to measure the degree of decision maker's information mastery, a binary semantic operator considering semantic gray level is designed. A binary semantic evaluation model considering semantic grayscale is established, and a sorting method for calculating results of this method is further proposed. This model is applied to the performance evaluation of the supplier quality management process for large airliners, and is verified and analyzed by a case study.
