【摘要】：黃金作為一種實(shí)物資產(chǎn)，它的價(jià)值是客觀存在的。進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)之后，伴隨著國(guó)際政治格局和經(jīng)濟(jì)格局的不斷變化，黃金作為金融穩(wěn)定之“錨”的作用就逐漸顯現(xiàn)出來，尤其是2008年爆發(fā)的全球性金融危機(jī)，黃金的避險(xiǎn)功能和重大戰(zhàn)略意義尤為更加凸顯了。戰(zhàn)略問題是一個(gè)長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)問題，是解決公司可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵問題。目前，中金黃金面臨著良好的發(fā)展機(jī)遇，同樣也遭遇了一定的挑戰(zhàn)。本文結(jié)合對(duì)中金黃金內(nèi)外部因素的機(jī)會(huì)和威脅的分析，提出相應(yīng)的戰(zhàn)略方案，，為中金黃金的決策者提供一定的參考和建議。 本文在分析國(guó)內(nèi)外戰(zhàn)略管理理論的基礎(chǔ)上，運(yùn)用SWOT分析、IFE/EFE、五力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)模型等工具，對(duì)中金黃金的內(nèi)外部因素進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析得出：外部因素的優(yōu)勢(shì)在于國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)、國(guó)家政策、行業(yè)發(fā)展形勢(shì)方面，劣勢(shì)在于黃金價(jià)格下行、安全環(huán)保標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提高、礦業(yè)行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇等方面；內(nèi)部因素的優(yōu)勢(shì)在于品牌、股東、各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)總體平穩(wěn)、降本增效、科技攻關(guān)方面，劣勢(shì)在于經(jīng)濟(jì)效益滑坡、關(guān)鍵人才不足等方面。因此，中金黃金應(yīng)該針對(duì)自身的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)，制定相應(yīng)的公司戰(zhàn)略，加強(qiáng)生產(chǎn)組織和管理，推進(jìn)改革創(chuàng)新，加快人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)，強(qiáng)化安全環(huán)保工作，發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢(shì)，克服劣勢(shì)，使公司的發(fā)展運(yùn)行更上一個(gè)新的臺(tái)階。
[Abstract]:Gold as a kind of physical asset, its value is objective existence. After entering the new century, with the continuous change of the international political pattern and the economic pattern, the role of gold as the anchor of financial stability has gradually emerged, especially the global financial crisis that broke out in 2008. Gold's risk-aversion function and great strategic significance are even more prominent. Strategic problem is a long-term problem, which is the key problem to solve the sustainable development of the company. At present, China Gold is facing a good development opportunity, also encountered a certain challenge. Combined with the analysis of the opportunities and threats of the internal and external factors of China Gold, this paper puts forward the corresponding strategic plan, which provides some references and suggestions for the decision-makers of China Gold and Gold. On the basis of analyzing the theory of strategic management at home and abroad, using the tools of SWOT analysis, IFE/EFE, five-force competition model and so on, this paper evaluates and analyzes the internal and external factors of Chinese gold and gold: the advantage of external factors lies in the national economy, National policy, the industry development situation, the disadvantage lies in the gold price downward, the safety and environmental protection standard raise, the mining industry competition intensifies, and so on; The advantage of internal factors lies in brand, shareholder, all indexes are stable, cost-cutting and efficiency-increasing, science and technology to solve key problems, the disadvantage lies in the decline of economic benefits, the shortage of key personnel and so on. Therefore, China Gold and Gold should aim at its own advantages and disadvantages, formulate corresponding company strategies, strengthen production organization and management, promote reform and innovation, speed up the construction of talents, strengthen the work of safety and environmental protection, give full play to its strengths, and overcome weaknesses.
