【摘要】:上世紀九十年代初,,國際互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的迅猛發(fā)展為網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的進步創(chuàng)造了良好的環(huán)境,在這種情形下,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)得到了進一步普及。全球各大企業(yè)也把目光投遞到了網(wǎng)絡(luò)市場,試圖通過改善和創(chuàng)新管理營銷辦法的方式來分一杯羹。隨著國際互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展,整個社會已悄然步入電子商務(wù)的大環(huán)境,人們的生活也逐漸被其影響,不論什么樣的企業(yè)都無法忽視互聯(lián)網(wǎng)帶來的巨大商機。在信息爆炸的年代,人們接受和傳遞信息的方式發(fā)生了天翻地覆的變化,網(wǎng)絡(luò)的出現(xiàn)直接改變了人們工作、生活和學(xué)習(xí)的模式,面對這種情形,企業(yè)唯有不斷地完善和創(chuàng)新自己的經(jīng)營模式、管理理念才能跟上快速發(fā)展的時代節(jié)奏。 網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷是借助于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)來實現(xiàn)營銷目標的一種全新的市場營銷方式,它的誕生極大地符合了人們的消費理念和企業(yè)的營銷需求。網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷涵蓋了電子交易、市場信息收集、客戶服務(wù)、渠道、促銷等多種職能。本文以網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷職能為脈絡(luò),通過對西婷公司的網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷現(xiàn)狀進行分析與研究,找出其網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷中暴露出來的缺陷,并針對這些問題給出相應(yīng)的解決辦法,以幫助西婷公司進一步提升企業(yè)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷水平。
[Abstract]:In the early 1990s, the rapid development of the Internet has created a good environment for the progress of network technology. In this situation, the Internet has been further popularized. Companies around the world have also turned their sights on the online market, trying to get a piece of it by improving and innovating management marketing methods. With the development of the Internet, the whole society has entered into the environment of e-commerce quietly, and people's life is gradually influenced by it. No matter what kind of enterprise can't ignore the huge business opportunities brought by the Internet. In the era of information explosion, the way people receive and transmit information has changed dramatically, and the emergence of the network has directly changed the way people work, live and learn, and in the face of this situation, Only by constantly perfecting and innovating their own business model can the management concept keep pace with the rapid development of the times. Network marketing is a brand-new marketing method to realize marketing goal with the help of Internet. Its birth accords with people's consumption idea and marketing demand of enterprises. E-marketing covers electronic transactions, market information collection, customer service, channels, promotions and other functions. This article takes the network marketing function as the vein, through carries on the analysis and the research to the Xiting company's network marketing present situation, finds out its network marketing exposes the flaw, and gives the corresponding solution to these problems. In order to help Xiting company to further improve the enterprise's network marketing level.
