【摘要】:堆焊是一種工藝,其過(guò)程主要是將一層耐磨、耐腐蝕、耐熱的金屬熔敷于工件的表面或者邊緣,從而提高工件的表面硬度和強(qiáng)度。堆焊工藝具有很大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,因?yàn)樗梢蕴岣吖ぜ氖褂脡勖褪褂眯阅?循環(huán)利用,降低工件成本。而將藥芯焊絲作為堆焊面的堆焊工藝和其他硬面堆焊工藝相比有很多不可比擬的優(yōu)勢(shì)。在我國(guó)近幾年堆焊行業(yè)的發(fā)展中,藥芯焊絲的應(yīng)用雖然也有所發(fā)展,但是相比于國(guó)外的技術(shù)水平和發(fā)展速度,卻還是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的。如果能夠推動(dòng)這種發(fā)展,將藥芯焊絲以及其堆焊工藝更廣泛地應(yīng)用于冶金、電力、工程機(jī)械、鐵路、農(nóng)業(yè)、石油以及鑄造等行業(yè)中,將會(huì)獲取更大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。目前國(guó)內(nèi)雖然存在眾多從事耐磨材料生產(chǎn)及堆焊工藝的企業(yè),但因?yàn)闆](méi)有一定的行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),所以企業(yè)間水平良莠不齊,行業(yè)內(nèi)部魚(yú)目混雜。國(guó)內(nèi)幾家具有一定規(guī)模的公司雖具備一定的實(shí)力,但其制造及堆焊中心也主要集中于北京、東北等地區(qū),客戶(hù)要花費(fèi)昂貴的往返運(yùn)輸費(fèi)用和較長(zhǎng)的加工周期去北京、東北等地堆焊耐磨材料,極大地提高了生產(chǎn)成本,造成資金的浪費(fèi),且喪失了市場(chǎng)機(jī)遇。因此,在西北地區(qū)建立專(zhuān)門(mén)服務(wù)于西北各行業(yè)的耐磨材料堆焊中心是大勢(shì)所趨,并有著良好的市場(chǎng)前景。將更加專(zhuān)業(yè)的耐磨材料堆焊技術(shù)引進(jìn)西北市場(chǎng),不僅對(duì)于蘭州海泰克工業(yè)設(shè)備有限公司來(lái)說(shuō)是一個(gè)巨大的市場(chǎng)機(jī)遇以及寶貴資源,而且對(duì)于西北地區(qū)各個(gè)需要耐磨材料堆焊的行業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),也意味著可以用更低的成本獲取更多的市場(chǎng),對(duì)于其在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)的行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)都有著極大的優(yōu)勢(shì),也更有利于西北地區(qū)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的運(yùn)行。本論文在此基礎(chǔ)上針對(duì)蘭州海泰克工業(yè)設(shè)備有限公司和英國(guó)WA(WELDING ALLOYS GROUP)公司在合作建立西北地區(qū)耐磨堆焊合資項(xiàng)目的可行上進(jìn)行分析。此項(xiàng)目具體合作形式主要是由英國(guó)WA公司以堆焊技術(shù)和設(shè)備入股,與蘭州海泰克公司進(jìn)行合資,主要的運(yùn)營(yíng)方式是蘭州海泰克公司從英國(guó)WA公司購(gòu)進(jìn)以原裝進(jìn)口藥芯焊絲為主的耐磨材料并通過(guò)WA公司入股的自動(dòng)化的堆焊設(shè)備進(jìn)行工件的堆焊制作,以供應(yīng)西北市場(chǎng)對(duì)堆焊工件的需求。論文將從介紹合資項(xiàng)目雙方企業(yè)入手,分析此項(xiàng)目的背景和目標(biāo),然后論文將分析此合資項(xiàng)目宏觀環(huán)境以及項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)環(huán)境和技術(shù)特性,并分析項(xiàng)目在西北地區(qū)的市場(chǎng)需求,項(xiàng)目的運(yùn)營(yíng),包括項(xiàng)目的合作方式、產(chǎn)品與技術(shù)合作方案、市場(chǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)規(guī)劃等等,最重要的一部分就是,論文將通過(guò)企業(yè)投資規(guī)模、重要的財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)等分析合資項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)情況。最后,給出可行性研究的結(jié)論和項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的建議等。通過(guò)上述分析,論文將確定關(guān)于蘭州海泰克工業(yè)設(shè)備有限公司與英國(guó)WA公司關(guān)于耐磨材料堆焊的合資項(xiàng)目的可行性的基本結(jié)論,論文的研究對(duì)公司的發(fā)展具有實(shí)際的操作與指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Surfacing welding is a process in which a layer of wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant metal is deposited on the surface or edge of the workpiece, thus increasing the surface hardness and strength of the workpiece. The surfacing process has great economic benefit because it can improve the service life and performance of the workpiece, recycle the work piece and reduce the cost of the workpiece. Compared with other hardfacing surfacing technology, flux-cored wire surfacing has many incomparable advantages. In the development of surfacing welding industry in China in recent years, the application of flux-cored wire has also developed, but compared with the technical level and development speed of foreign countries, it is still far from enough. If this kind of development can be promoted, the flux-cored wire and its surfacing technology will be more widely used in metallurgy, electric power, construction machinery, railway, agriculture, petroleum and foundry, which will obtain more economic and social benefits. At present, there are many enterprises engaged in wear-resistant material production and surfacing technology, but there is no certain industry standard, so the level of enterprises is mixed, and the fish are mixed up within the industry. Although several domestic companies with a certain scale have certain strength, their manufacturing and surfacing centers are also mainly concentrated in Beijing, Northeast China and other areas. Customers have to spend expensive transportation costs and a longer processing cycle to Beijing. The hardfacing wear-resistant material in Northeast China has greatly increased the production cost, caused the waste of funds and lost the market opportunity. Therefore, it is the trend of the times and has a good market prospect to set up a wear-resistant surfacing welding center in Northwest China. The introduction of more professional wear-resistant surfacing technology into the northwest market is not only a great market opportunity and valuable resource for Lanzhou Haitek Industrial equipment Co., Ltd. And for the industries in Northwest China that need wear-resistant surfacing, it also means that more markets can be obtained at a lower cost, which has great advantages for the industry competition in the whole country. It is also more conducive to the operation of the macro-economy in the Northwest region. On the basis of this, this paper analyzes the feasibility of establishing the joint venture of wear-resistant surfacing welding between Lanzhou Haitaek Industrial equipment Co., Ltd. And WA (WELDING ALLOYS GROUP) Company of England. The specific form of cooperation in this project is mainly a joint venture with Lanzhou Hetak Company, which is invested in surfacing technology and equipment by WA Company of the United Kingdom. The main mode of operation is that Lanzhou Hetak Company buys wear-resistant materials mainly from imported flux-cored wire from WA Company of England, and makes workpiece surfacing through automatic surfacing equipment invested by WA Company. To supply the northwest market for surfacing workpiece demand. The paper will analyze the background and goal of the joint venture project from the introduction of the joint venture enterprises, and then the paper will analyze the macro environment of the joint venture project, the technical environment and technical characteristics of the project, and analyze the market demand of the project in the northwest region. The most important part of the operation of the project, including the cooperation mode of the project, the product and technical cooperation program, the market operation plan, and so on, is that the paper will pass the scale of enterprise investment. Important financial indicators and other analysis of the joint venture project economic benefits and risk situation. Finally, the conclusion of the feasibility study and project implementation suggestions are given.
