Q煤礦員工新激勵(lì)機(jī)制現(xiàn)狀及影響因素研究
[Abstract]:Human resource is the first resource of modern enterprise. Recently, due to the high stock of coal, lower demand for coal for industrial use has led to a continuous decline in coal prices and a frequent break of the lowest price record, resulting in a decline in enterprise benefits and a fluctuation in the hearts of workers and staff. In this case, it is particularly important to study the incentive mechanism of coal enterprises, to use incentive methods to improve staff efficiency and to motivate employees to fight. According to the relevant theory of incentive science and the actual situation of coal enterprises, this paper establishes Q coal mine incentive mechanism model, and puts forward research hypotheses, through literature collection, case interview, questionnaire survey and so on. This paper comprehensively combs and analyzes the historical process of Q coal mine employee incentive mechanism, the concrete content, carries on the horizontal comparative analysis to the Q coal mine employee incentive mechanism implementation effect according to the investigation data, carries on the systematic appraisal to the Q coal mine employee incentive mechanism operation effect. Abstract and summarize the construction of Q coal mine staff incentive mechanism is relatively inadequate. Considering the particularity of Q coal mine, this paper analyzes the influence factors of employee enthusiasm by constructing logistic econometric model and using Z2 test method. Finally, combined with the related theories of management and the results of data analysis, some concrete suggestions are put forward to further improve the incentive mechanism of Q coal mine staff.
