競爭情報視角下煤炭企業(yè)全面風險預警研究

【摘要】：煤炭是我國近幾十年的主要能源,煤炭企業(yè)的生存狀況及可持續(xù)發(fā)展對我國發(fā)展電力、化工等產(chǎn)業(yè)乃至國家經(jīng)濟增長至關(guān)重要。近年來,隨著國家能源政策的調(diào)整,煤炭企業(yè)通過兼并成為較大的集團企業(yè),但一年來煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)不景氣,使企業(yè)面臨諸多風險,外部環(huán)境的復雜多變以及內(nèi)部管理的混亂更是雪上加霜,所以有效識別企業(yè)風險、預警并提出相應的應對措施是亟待解決的問題。本文針對煤炭企業(yè)的特殊性,結(jié)合全面風險管理理論、競爭情報理論和企業(yè)預警理論,提出競爭情報視角下的煤炭企業(yè)全面風險預警框架和預警體系,并綜合運用層次分析法、多級模糊綜合評價法建立企業(yè)全面風險綜合預警模型,對煤炭企業(yè)應對風險有重要意義。本文在大量研究國內(nèi)外企業(yè)全面風險管理理論的基礎(chǔ)上,首先介紹了風險管理的概念及發(fā)展歷程,引出全面風險管理,接著闡述企業(yè)預警理論,繼而詳細介紹競爭情報的相關(guān)概念、流程及功能,最后找出風險管理理論、企業(yè)預警理論和競爭情報理論的結(jié)合點,構(gòu)建出競爭情報視角下的企業(yè)全面風險預警框架,詳細闡述了煤炭企業(yè)風險信息來源及基于競爭情報的風險預警過程。在構(gòu)建出競爭情報視角下煤炭企業(yè)全面風險預警框架之后,本文重點建立了煤炭企業(yè)風險預警體系,首先通過仔細研究風險來源,結(jié)合競爭情報理論,分企業(yè)外部競爭環(huán)境風險、企業(yè)內(nèi)部環(huán)境風險、競爭對手風險三個維度辨識相應的指標形成風險預警指標體系,然后通過層次分析法對各級指標賦予相應的權(quán)重,最后運用多級模糊綜合評價法建立煤炭企業(yè)全面風險綜合預警模型,并對企業(yè)所面臨的風險等級進行劃分,提出相應的風險應對措施。文章結(jié)尾選取陽泉煤業(yè)為例進行實證分析,通過實踐驗證全面風險預警框架的可操作性及風險預警體系的可行性,最后指出本文研究的局限性以及對企業(yè)全面風險預警的進一步研究和發(fā)展提出自己的看法和建議。
[Abstract]:Coal is the main energy of our country in recent decades. The survival condition and sustainable development of coal enterprises are very important for the development of electric power, chemical industry and even the national economic growth. In recent years, with the adjustment of the national energy policy, coal enterprises have become larger conglomerates through mergers. However, the coal industry has been depressed for a year, which has made the enterprises face many risks. The complexity of the external environment and the chaos of internal management are even worse, so it is urgent to effectively identify the enterprise risk, early warning and corresponding countermeasures. According to the particularity of coal enterprises, combined with the theory of comprehensive risk management, the theory of competitive intelligence and the theory of enterprise early warning, this paper puts forward the framework and system of comprehensive risk early warning of coal enterprises from the angle of competitive intelligence, and applies the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) synthetically. It is of great significance for coal enterprises to deal with risks by setting up a comprehensive early-warning model of comprehensive risk by multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. On the basis of a large number of researches on the theory of comprehensive risk management at home and abroad, this paper first introduces the concept and development of risk management, leads to comprehensive risk management, and then expounds the theory of enterprise early warning. Then it introduces the concept, process and function of competitive intelligence in detail. Finally, it finds out the combination of risk management theory, enterprise early warning theory and competitive intelligence theory, and constructs a comprehensive enterprise risk warning framework from the perspective of competitive intelligence. The risk information sources of coal enterprises and the process of risk warning based on competitive intelligence are described in detail. After constructing a comprehensive risk warning framework for coal enterprises from the perspective of competitive intelligence, this paper focuses on the establishment of a risk early warning system for coal enterprises. Firstly, by carefully studying the sources of risks, combining with the theory of competitive intelligence, Three dimensions of external competitive environmental risk, internal environmental risk and competitor risk are identified to form a risk warning index system, and then the corresponding weights are given to each level index by AHP. Finally, the comprehensive early-warning model of comprehensive risk in coal enterprises is established by using multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the risk grades faced by enterprises are divided, and the corresponding risk countermeasures are put forward. At the end of the paper, Yangquan coal industry is selected as an example to analyze the feasibility of the comprehensive risk early warning framework and the feasibility of the risk warning system. Finally, this paper points out the limitations of this study and puts forward some opinions and suggestions on the further research and development of enterprise comprehensive risk warning.
