生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)貿(mào)易提升中國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈的研究

【摘要】:改革開放以來,我國汽車業(yè)快速發(fā)展,2012年我國汽車產(chǎn)銷分別達(dá)到1927萬輛和1930萬輛,汽車業(yè)生產(chǎn)總值達(dá)5.29萬億元,占全國GDP的10.4%,汽車業(yè)已成為我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。然而,由于我國汽車業(yè)起步較晚,在全球汽車業(yè)價(jià)值鏈中處于中下游位置,產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力較弱,在全球汽車業(yè)競爭日益加劇的背景下,我國許多汽車企業(yè)面臨著被淘汰的壓力。為此,提升我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)在全球價(jià)值鏈中的地位,強(qiáng)化國際競爭優(yōu)勢日趨迫切。生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)貿(mào)易是全球價(jià)值鏈的重要粘合劑,對制造業(yè)全球價(jià)值鏈的嵌入起到關(guān)鍵作用,進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,發(fā)達(dá)國家憑借生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)貿(mào)易的優(yōu)勢,強(qiáng)化其汽車業(yè)在全球價(jià)值鏈中的地位。圍繞我國汽車業(yè)國際競爭力與價(jià)值鏈提升也有一定的成果積累,但就生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)貿(mào)易提升我國汽車業(yè)全球價(jià)值鏈地位的研究較少,因此生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)貿(mào)易對中國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)全球價(jià)值鏈的影響既具理論價(jià)值也有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文秉持由現(xiàn)狀到理論再實(shí)證的研究思路,在分析中國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)貿(mào)易和價(jià)值鏈嵌入現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上;借鑒前人研究成果,基于我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)際優(yōu)化了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)貿(mào)易提升全球價(jià)值鏈的理論模型,并依據(jù)模型進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,并提出了相應(yīng)政策建議,全文由7章組成。 通過投入產(chǎn)出法和ESI法,分析得出中國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)性服貿(mào)易發(fā)展迅速但相對水平較低以及中國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)全球價(jià)值鏈位置不斷攀升但仍處于價(jià)值鏈中下游的現(xiàn)狀。通過生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)貿(mào)易提升中國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)全球價(jià)值鏈理論模型的優(yōu)化分析,明確了汽車業(yè)全球價(jià)值鏈位置與人力資本、生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)貿(mào)易正相關(guān),與貿(mào)易壁壘負(fù)相關(guān)的觀點(diǎn)。實(shí)證分析結(jié)果顯示,汽車業(yè)全球價(jià)值鏈位置與人力資本、生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)貿(mào)易額、生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)貿(mào)易質(zhì)量相關(guān)性顯著,與FDI、貿(mào)易壁壘相關(guān)性不顯著。最后,提出了大力發(fā)展生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè),積累人力資本,通過談判降低發(fā)達(dá)國家的貿(mào)易壁壘,加強(qiáng)創(chuàng)新研發(fā)四大對策建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's automobile industry has developed rapidly. In 2012, the production and sales of China's automobile industry reached 19.27 million and 19.3 million respectively, and the gross domestic product of the automobile industry reached 5.29 trillion yuan, accounting for 10.4 percent of China's GDP. Automobile industry has become an important pillar industry of our national economy. However, due to the late start of China's automobile industry, which is in the middle and downstream position in the global automotive industry value chain, the international competitiveness of the industry is weak. Many automobile enterprises in China are facing the pressure of being eliminated. Therefore, it is urgent to enhance the position of China's automobile industry in the global value chain and to strengthen the international competitive advantage. Productive services trade is an important adhesive of global value chain, which plays a key role in the embedding of global value chain in manufacturing industry. Since the 21st century, developed countries have relied on the advantages of productive services trade. Strengthen its auto industry's position in global value chains. There is also a certain accumulation of achievements around the international competitiveness and value chain upgrading of China's automobile industry, but there are few studies on how to promote the status of global value chain in China's automobile industry through productive service trade. Therefore, the impact of productive service trade on the global value chain of China's automobile industry is of both theoretical and practical significance. Based on the analysis of the current situation of China's automobile industry's productive service trade and the embedding of value chain, this paper holds the research ideas from the current situation to the theoretical and empirical research. Based on the previous research results, this paper optimizes the theoretical model of upgrading the global value chain of productive services trade based on the actual situation of China's automobile industry, and makes an empirical analysis according to the model, and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations. The full text is composed of seven chapters. Through the input-output method and the ESI method, it is concluded that the Chinese automobile industry's productive service trade develops rapidly but the relative level is low, and that the global value chain position of China's automobile industry is constantly rising but still in the middle and lower reaches of the value chain. Through the optimization and analysis of the theoretical model of improving the global value chain of China's automobile industry through the promotion of productive service trade, the view that the position of global value chain of automobile industry is positively related to human capital, productive service trade and negatively related to trade barriers is clarified. The empirical results show that the global value chain position of automobile industry is significantly correlated with human capital, trade volume of productive services and quality of trade in productive services, but not with FDI, trade barriers. Finally, four countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to develop producer services, accumulate human capital, reduce trade barriers of developed countries through negotiation, and strengthen innovation and research and development.
