ERP物資模塊在中國(guó)華電集團(tuán)的集中采購(gòu)應(yīng)用分析

【摘要】:ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃系統(tǒng)是指在信息技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上,以系統(tǒng)化的管理思想,為企業(yè)決策層及員工提供決策運(yùn)行手段的管理平臺(tái)。管理者通過(guò)基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)、業(yè)務(wù)流程、管理思想等設(shè)計(jì)最終實(shí)現(xiàn)管控的目的。華電集團(tuán)五大發(fā)電集團(tuán)之一,其裝機(jī)容量巨大,巨大的裝機(jī)需要的大量的物資供應(yīng),也就需要嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)奈镔Y管理辦法。大規(guī)模的物資管理在實(shí)現(xiàn)起來(lái)非常的困難。 SAP系統(tǒng)是ERP軟件中的一種、是全球企業(yè)管理軟件與解決方案的技術(shù)領(lǐng)袖,它的應(yīng)用程度非常廣泛。系統(tǒng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的功能結(jié)合SAP內(nèi)部的開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)運(yùn)用ABAP語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā),決策這通過(guò)制定各種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)業(yè)務(wù)流程,華電ERP(一期)系統(tǒng)在物資模塊上實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)物資計(jì)劃、物資采購(gòu)、采購(gòu)尋源、倉(cāng)庫(kù)、供應(yīng)商等方面的管控。本文通過(guò)對(duì)系統(tǒng)流程的操作和與業(yè)務(wù)人員溝通,描述了目前集團(tuán)對(duì)物資的管控,同時(shí)展望出了一個(gè)新的物資管理模式和與之對(duì)應(yīng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)方式。 集中采購(gòu)需要集團(tuán)、區(qū)域公司、基層單位的三級(jí)單位進(jìn)行相互協(xié)調(diào)配合。流程比較復(fù)雜,軟件需要控制的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)非常多。本文通過(guò)對(duì)華電ERP(一期)項(xiàng)目物資模塊集中采購(gòu)流程的描述,介紹集中采購(gòu)的應(yīng)用分析,F(xiàn)華電ERP(一期)項(xiàng)目已在試點(diǎn)單位上線(xiàn)使用。
[Abstract]:ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) enterprise resource planning system is a management platform based on information technology and systematized management thought to provide decision making and operation means for enterprise decision makers and employees. Managers through basic data, business processes, management ideas and other design to achieve the purpose of control. One of the five power generation groups of Huadian Group has a huge installed capacity and a large amount of material supply which requires strict material management methods. Large-scale material management is very difficult to achieve. SAP system is one of the ERP software, it is the global enterprise management software and solution technology leader, its application degree is very extensive. The function of standardization of the system is combined with the development platform inside SAP to develop the system using ABAP language. By making all kinds of standard business processes, Huadian ERP (Phase I) system realizes the material planning and material purchasing on the material module. Procurement sourcing, warehouse, supplier control and so on. Through the operation of the system flow and the communication with the business personnel, this paper describes the current management of materials in the group, and looks forward to a new material management mode and its corresponding implementation. Centralized procurement requires coordination among the three-tier units of groups, regional companies and grassroots units. Process is more complex, software needs to control the key points are very many. This paper describes the centralized purchasing process of Huadian ERP (first phase) project material module, and introduces the application analysis of centralized purchasing. Now Huadian ERP (I) project has been used online in the pilot units.
