【摘要】：采用基于方向距離函數(shù)的非參數(shù)方法,從節(jié)能低碳的視角測算了我國2007—2013年36個工業(yè)行業(yè)的效率,并分析了效率的時序特性和行業(yè)異質(zhì)性。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),除2008年略低外,各年工業(yè)行業(yè)效率均值大致相同,后5年略有上升,但不明顯;能耗較高的行業(yè)效率值與能耗較低的行業(yè)效率值有明顯差異,但碳排放量大的行業(yè)與碳排放量小的行業(yè)效率差異不明顯;大部分行業(yè)效率水平不高,尤其高能耗行業(yè),節(jié)能降碳潛力較大。
[Abstract]:Based on the nonparametric method of directional distance function, the efficiency of 36 industrial industries in China from 2007 to 2013 is calculated from the perspective of energy saving and low carbon. The temporal characteristics and industry heterogeneity of efficiency are analyzed. The study found that except for the low level in 2008, the average efficiency of the industrial industry was about the same in each year, and increased slightly in the latter five years, but it was not obvious. The efficiency of industries with higher energy consumption is significantly different from that of industries with lower energy consumption, but there is no significant difference in efficiency between industries with large carbon emissions and industries with low carbon emissions. The efficiency level of most industries is not high, especially high energy consumption industries, energy saving and carbon reduction potential.
