【摘要】：高技能人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)是企業(yè)人才隊(duì)伍的重要組成部分,在推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)、提升企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力和增強(qiáng)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力方面發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用,是實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展方式、促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的重要力量。對(duì)陜鋼近年來高技能人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)實(shí)踐和現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,從建立、完善技能人才培養(yǎng)的各項(xiàng)激勵(lì)與管理機(jī)制入手,通過建立技能人才職業(yè)發(fā)展通道,抓好技能人才培訓(xùn)培養(yǎng),為技能人才成長(zhǎng)成才創(chuàng)造良好的環(huán)境,研究探討企業(yè)高技能人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的有效舉措和管理模式。
[Abstract]:The construction of high-skilled talents is an important part of the enterprise talent team. It plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the industrial transformation and upgrading, promoting the innovation ability of enterprises and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. It is also a way to realize the transformation and development of enterprises. Promote the important force of industrial structure adjustment. This paper analyzes the practice and present situation of the construction of high skilled talents in Shaanxi Iron and Steel Company in recent years, starting with the establishment and perfection of various incentive and management mechanisms for the cultivation of skilled personnel, and through establishing the professional development channels for skilled personnel, it does a good job in the training and training of skilled personnel. In order to create a good environment for skilled talents to grow and become talented, this paper studies the effective measures and management models for the construction of high skilled talents in enterprises.
