【摘要】：運營計劃,一方面,運營從理論上理解為運營管理,是對運營過程的計劃、組織、實施和控制,是與產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)和服務(wù)創(chuàng)造密切相關(guān)的各項管理工作的總稱。另一方面,從公司的運營上,運營計劃一般指的是一個項目或者要實施的工作向正常方向前進所制定的有預(yù)見性的進程性計劃。這些項目和要實施的工作,則是運營計劃所要達到的目標,運營計劃實施的就是這些運營的項目和實施的工作。 在中國制造成為世界標志的今天,中國的多數(shù)民營制造企業(yè)仍然面臨管理人員素質(zhì)不高、學歷普遍偏低的今天。在中國制造企業(yè)推行新的運營目標時,發(fā)現(xiàn)管理人員很難掌握新管理的方法,甚至有時理解管理的目的和實際都做不到。在這種情況下,一份根據(jù)公司的實際現(xiàn)狀,而制定的運營計劃改善,就成為了一個公司實現(xiàn)目標必不可少的一部分。 論文通過A公司運營計劃改善的實踐細節(jié)研究,結(jié)合當前制造型中小企業(yè)面臨的運營管理疑惑,從廣東省制造型中小企業(yè)的管理現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),研究了小企業(yè)老板帶團隊的運營特點與存在的問題,通過建立了運營計劃改善實施的成本預(yù)算體系,結(jié)合目標管理的指標體系、組織以實現(xiàn)企業(yè)目標的運營計劃改善實施模型。同時選擇作者自己實際管理的A公司作為中小企業(yè)樣本進行研究。在A公司實施新運營計劃的過程中,通過公司的目標設(shè)定和各指標實施。對運營計劃的特點和實際實施改善的方式總結(jié)了實際操作型體會。本文也是A公司運營計劃的實踐與思考。整篇論文先闡述運營計劃與運營管理,在中國制造企業(yè)的應(yīng)用實況；進而以A公司實施運營計劃改善為實例,分析和表達在運營計劃思想指導下,運營管理的設(shè)計和實施改善的方式；再綜合A公司運營計劃改善過程中的一些問題,對制造企業(yè)、特別是家電類的制造型企業(yè)在改善運營計劃模式時,提出個人的實際操作建議和操作方式。 中國制造雖然成為世界標志,但中國制造要和世界企業(yè)并軌,在學習和實施各種先進的管理模式時,就不能單純的以拿來主義進行硬套。在中國不乏運營管理成功的企業(yè),但對很多中小型制造企業(yè),在運營管理上,根本不知道該如何有計劃的運營。在實際操作上,這些企業(yè)的管理人還在不斷的探索,或摸著石頭過河做一些嘗試。僅希望本文的一些研究能給正在實施企業(yè)變革,關(guān)心公司目標管理和運營實施的人,提供一些參考。
[Abstract]:Business plan, on the one hand, is understood as operation management in theory, and it is the general term for the planning, organization, implementation and control of the operation process, which is closely related to the production of products and the creation of services. On the other hand, in terms of the operation of the company, the business plan generally refers to a project or work to be implemented to the normal direction of the development of a predictable process plan. These projects and the work to be carried out are the goals to be achieved by the Business Plan, which implements the projects and the implementation of these operations. Today, when Chinese manufacture has become the symbol of the world, most of the private manufacturing enterprises in China are still faced with a low quality of management personnel and low academic qualifications. When Chinese manufacturing enterprises carry out new operation goals, they find it difficult for managers to grasp new management methods, and sometimes they can't even understand the purpose and practice of management. In this case, an improved business plan, based on the actual situation of the company, becomes an essential part of a company to achieve its goals. Based on the practical details of company A's business plan improvement, combined with the current manufacturing SMEs' operational and management doubts, this paper starts from the management status of manufacturing SMEs in Guangdong Province. This paper studies the operation characteristics and existing problems of small business owners with teams, establishes a cost budget system for the improvement and implementation of business plans, and organizes a business plan improvement implementation model to achieve business objectives by combining the target management index system. At the same time, I choose A company as the sample of small and medium enterprises. In the implementation of the new business plan, through the company's goals and targets to implement. The characteristics of the Business Plan and the ways to improve the actual implementation are summarized. This paper is also the practice and thinking of A Company's Business Plan. The whole paper first describes the business plan and operation management in China's manufacturing enterprises in the application of the reality; Then take A company to implement the business plan improvement as an example, analyzes and expresses under the business plan thought instruction, the operation management design and the implementation improvement way; By synthesizing some problems in the improvement process of company A's business plan, the author puts forward personal practical operation suggestions and operation methods for manufacturing enterprises, especially the manufacturing enterprises of household appliances, when improving the mode of operation plan. Although made in China has become the symbol of the world, it is necessary to merge with the enterprises of the world. In learning and implementing various advanced management models, it is impossible to simply apply the doctrine to the hard set. There are many successful operators in China, but for many small and medium-sized manufacturing companies, they do not know how to operate in a planned way. In practice, the managers of these enterprises are still exploring, or trying to cross the river by touching the stone. It is hoped that some of the studies in this paper can provide some references for those who are carrying out enterprise reform and who are concerned about the management and operation of the company's objectives.
