FD公司流程管理體系的推進(jìn)策略研究

【摘要】:市場競爭全球化、顧客需求不斷變化給企業(yè)帶來了越來越大的壓力,面對(duì)外部瞬息萬變的市場環(huán)境,企業(yè)間的競爭已不再僅僅局限于“產(chǎn)品力”或“單一流程”的競爭,而是演變成了各企業(yè)流程體系的較量。汽車行業(yè)也不例外,中國汽車市場經(jīng)過十多年來瘋狂高速發(fā)展的黃金時(shí)期已逐漸走向平穩(wěn)增長,產(chǎn)品競爭更加激烈,加之國家提出加快汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)兼并重組促進(jìn)優(yōu)勝劣汰,汽車行業(yè)正在面臨新的競爭格局,產(chǎn)能落后的車企面臨的壓力更大。這也促使國內(nèi)一些車企紛紛開始致力于研究如何打造系統(tǒng)高效的流程體系以提高自身抵御市場風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和快速反應(yīng)的能力,實(shí)現(xiàn)長足發(fā)展。本文研究的FD公司是國內(nèi)一家需要快速擴(kuò)張市場的汽車制造企業(yè),經(jīng)過十幾年的發(fā)展FD公司形成了一定的運(yùn)營規(guī)模但運(yùn)營管理欠缺系統(tǒng)集成,且效率較為低下,面對(duì)嚴(yán)峻的外部形勢公司管理層有著強(qiáng)烈的危機(jī)感,也在積極探索求變,希望革新內(nèi)部運(yùn)營為公司擴(kuò)張?zhí)峁┓(wěn)定保障。作為總經(jīng)理幕僚團(tuán)隊(duì)的一名職員,筆者擔(dān)當(dāng)著FD公司運(yùn)營策劃之職,本文試圖通過公司資料搜集、訪談等方式并結(jié)合筆者的工作崗位及實(shí)踐,研究流程管理體系在FD公司的推進(jìn)及其持續(xù)有效實(shí)施,用以促進(jìn)公司內(nèi)部運(yùn)營流程體系的不斷完善。本文共分六章:第一章說明了論文的研究背景、研究意義以及本課題的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,簡述了論文的研究目標(biāo)、主要研究內(nèi)容、研究方法及技術(shù)路線;第二章綜述了流程管理體系構(gòu)建的相關(guān)理論;第三章對(duì)FD公司的流程管理體系建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入探尋了解,找出構(gòu)建流程管理體系需解決的問題并分析成因;第四章根據(jù)公司流程管理特點(diǎn)對(duì)FD公司流程管理體系的推進(jìn)策略進(jìn)行思考,并提出具體的推進(jìn)策略及現(xiàn)階段的具體實(shí)施進(jìn)程;第五章對(duì)FD公司流程管理體系后續(xù)推動(dòng)提出對(duì)策建議;第六章是結(jié)論和展望。流程管理體系的建設(shè)沒有唯一途徑,本研究的目的和意義是針對(duì)FD公司流程管理體系進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究并提供可實(shí)施的推進(jìn)策略,為公司在日益激烈的競爭格局下能夠永續(xù)經(jīng)營提供管理改善建議,并為各行各業(yè)的企業(yè)提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:The globalization of market competition and the constant change of customer demand bring more and more pressure to enterprises. In the face of the ever-changing external market environment, the competition among enterprises is no longer confined to the competition of "product force" or "single process". Instead, it has evolved into a contest between the various business process systems. The auto industry is no exception. After more than a decade of crazy and rapid development of the golden period, the Chinese auto market has gradually moved towards steady growth and more intense product competition. In addition, the state has proposed speeding up the merger and reorganization of the automobile industry to promote the survival of the fittest. The auto industry is facing a new competitive pattern, with the pressure on underproductive automakers to increase. This has also prompted some domestic auto companies to begin to study how to create a system efficient process system to improve their ability to resist market risks and rapid response to achieve rapid development. The FD Company studied in this paper is a domestic automobile manufacturing enterprise that needs to expand its market rapidly. After more than ten years' development, FD Company has formed a certain operation scale, but its operation management lacks system integration, and its efficiency is relatively low. Facing the severe external situation, the management of the company has a strong sense of crisis, and is actively exploring for change, hoping to innovate the internal operation to provide a stable guarantee for the expansion of the company. As a staff member of the general manager's staff team, the author is responsible for the operation planning of FD Company. This paper attempts to combine the position and practice of the author with the company data collection, interview and so on. This paper studies the promotion of process management system in FD Company and its continuous and effective implementation, in order to promote the continuous improvement of internal business process system. This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter describes the research background, research significance and domestic and foreign research status of this topic, briefly describes the research objectives, main research content, research methods and technical routes; The second chapter summarizes the relevant theories of process management system construction, the third chapter deeply explores the current situation of process management system construction in FD Company, finds out the problems to be solved and analyzes the causes of the process management system construction. In the fourth chapter, according to the characteristics of company process management, the author thinks about the advancing strategy of FD company's process management system, and puts forward the specific promotion strategy and the concrete implementation process at the present stage. The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the follow-up promotion of FD process management system, and the sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect. There is no only way to build the process management system. The purpose and significance of this study is to carry out systematic research on the process management system of FD Company and to provide the implementable promotion strategy. To provide management improvement advice for the company under the increasingly fierce competition pattern, and to provide certain reference for the enterprises in various industries.
