A公司技術(shù)人員培訓(xùn)體系研究
[Abstract]:The rapid development of the global economy makes the market competition more and more fierce. As an important means for enterprises to obtain competitive advantage, employee training is valued by stakeholders such as shareholders, managers and employees, and enterprises have also increased their investment in training. Only by attaching importance to employee training in concept and increasing the investment in employee training in practice can enterprises establish advantages and maintain strength in the fierce competition of talents and knowledge so as to realize the long-term development goal. As the core force of enterprise production and development, the training of technical personnel occupies an important position in the training of all personnel. This paper first combs the research status of the technical personnel training, carries on the literature analysis; then introduces the related personnel training theory, makes the theory foreshadowing. On this basis, combined with the current situation of personnel training in Company A, this paper makes a deep research on it with the methods of questionnaire investigation and field interview, analyzes its existing problems and finds out the causes of the problems. The focus of this paper is to help company A to build a technical personnel training system which includes system construction objectives, technical personnel training system process, training content, training methods, training time and training evaluation and other components of the technical personnel training system; In addition, a guarantee mechanism including system guarantee, material security and teacher guarantee is made for the implementation of the system to support the operation of the training system. This paper tries to establish the system to help company A improve the design, content, method, evaluation and other aspects of technical personnel training, and implement the effective training of technical personnel. In order to improve the ability of product research and development and innovation, and finally to improve the market competitiveness of the products and the whole company, the comprehensive quality of the technical personnel should be improved first of all. This paper also attempts to make a contribution to the further improvement of personnel training theory through the research of the technical personnel training system.
