[Abstract]:Zhengaerospace Chenguang Co., Ltd. was founded on September 30, 1999 and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on June 15, 2001. The registered capital of the company is 324.403 million yuan, the stock is referred to as "Space Morning Light", and the stock symbol is "600501". The history of the company originated from the Jinling Machine Manufacturing Bureau founded in the Westernization Movement of the Qing Dynasty. It was founded in 1865 and is the cradle of China's modern national industry. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, the Nanjing Chenguang Machinery Factory was set up and successively attached to the armed workers.
