【摘要】：開放式創(chuàng)新背景下,企業(yè)與外部主體合作成為企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的有效途徑。本研究通過22個城市1279家中國制造業(yè)企業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù),來探討企業(yè)開放式創(chuàng)新廣度對創(chuàng)新績效的作用機(jī)理。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明,開放式創(chuàng)新廣度顯著影響企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效;外部環(huán)境中區(qū)域競爭環(huán)境、人文社會環(huán)境正向顯著影響創(chuàng)新績效;區(qū)域競爭環(huán)境與公共行政環(huán)境負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)開放式創(chuàng)新廣度與創(chuàng)新績效之間的關(guān)系;人文社會環(huán)境對創(chuàng)新績效沒有顯著調(diào)節(jié)作用。最后,根據(jù)研究結(jié)果提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of open innovation, cooperation between enterprises and external subjects becomes an effective way for enterprises to innovate. Based on the data of 1279 Chinese manufacturing enterprises in 22 cities, this study explores the mechanism of open innovation breadth on innovation performance. The empirical results show that the open innovation breadth significantly affects the innovation performance of enterprises, the regional competition environment in the external environment, the humanistic social environment positively and significantly affect the innovation performance. The regional competitive environment and public administration environment negatively regulate the relationship between open innovation breadth and innovation performance, while the humanistic social environment has no significant effect on innovation performance. Finally, according to the research results, the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.
