【摘要】：煤炭是我國(guó)乃至全球的重要能源之一,所以煤炭的生產(chǎn)、運(yùn)輸以及銷售整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈中的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)一直是眾多學(xué)者關(guān)注研究的重點(diǎn)。隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,世界各國(guó)對(duì)于環(huán)境的要求逐漸提高,之前只是在行業(yè)領(lǐng)域泛泛的強(qiáng)調(diào)低碳環(huán)保,如今將碳排放落實(shí)到煤炭行業(yè)整個(gè)層面,而且具體到每個(gè)煤炭企業(yè)應(yīng)該擔(dān)負(fù)的減排責(zé)任。與此同時(shí),國(guó)家的各項(xiàng)關(guān)于低碳的法律法規(guī)也做了相應(yīng)的調(diào)整,更加完善。 在政府督促以及企業(yè)的努力下,煤炭企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈也逐步走向成熟。以往的煤炭企業(yè)除了注重企業(yè)本身的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作成本最低和利潤(rùn)最大化,環(huán)境這一關(guān)系社會(huì)責(zé)任的因素是不會(huì)納入考慮范圍內(nèi)的,而現(xiàn)在的煤炭企業(yè)在保證企業(yè)自身煤炭供應(yīng)鏈能夠均衡供給、成本最低、利潤(rùn)最大化的同時(shí),還考慮了許多與環(huán)境相關(guān)的制約因素。 因此,本論文針對(duì)煤炭企業(yè)在低碳這一環(huán)境因素的制約下,如何實(shí)現(xiàn)成本低、利潤(rùn)最大化以及煤炭資源均衡供給的問(wèn)題展開討論,為大型煤炭企業(yè)在低碳環(huán)境下對(duì)煤炭供應(yīng)鏈的管理提供參考。本文通過(guò)對(duì)煤炭企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈均衡供給的影響因素進(jìn)行分析,同時(shí)采用AHP進(jìn)行剖析,借助于IPCC提供的碳排放計(jì)量方法對(duì)煤炭企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈上的生產(chǎn)、運(yùn)輸環(huán)節(jié)產(chǎn)生的碳排放進(jìn)行計(jì)量,再利用隨機(jī)博弈理論構(gòu)建煤炭企業(yè)利潤(rùn)成本的新模型,該新的模型考慮到了低碳制約產(chǎn)生的低碳成本,從而將企業(yè)考慮低碳成本的經(jīng)濟(jì)利潤(rùn)模型與不考慮低碳成本的經(jīng)濟(jì)利潤(rùn)模型進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析得出結(jié)論。企業(yè)考慮低碳這一影響因素,為社會(huì)創(chuàng)造福利,同時(shí)社會(huì)也會(huì)對(duì)企業(yè)有相應(yīng)的回報(bào),企業(yè)的利潤(rùn)不僅僅包含企業(yè)的資金流產(chǎn)生的利潤(rùn),還包含企業(yè)造福社會(huì)帶來(lái)的品牌效應(yīng)等相關(guān)的隱形利潤(rùn),由此可見(jiàn)企業(yè)考慮低碳成本反而盈利空間更大、發(fā)展前景更好,企業(yè)能更加長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展。 筆者認(rèn)為在煤炭企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈能在低碳環(huán)境下實(shí)現(xiàn)均衡供給可以達(dá)到企業(yè)與環(huán)境之間的“雙贏”關(guān)系,進(jìn)而提高整個(gè)煤炭企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Coal is one of the most important energy sources in our country and even the whole world, so the production, transportation and sale of coal in the whole supply chain have been the focus of many scholars. With the development of the society, the environmental requirements of the countries in the world have been gradually raised. Before that, they only emphasized the low-carbon environmental protection in the field of industry. Now, the carbon emissions have been implemented to the whole level of the coal industry. And specific to each coal enterprise should bear the responsibility of reducing emissions. At the same time, the country's low-carbon laws and regulations have also made corresponding adjustments, more perfect. Under the supervision of the government and the efforts of enterprises, the supply chain of coal enterprises is gradually maturing. In the past, in addition to paying attention to the lowest cost of production and operation and maximization of profits of coal enterprises themselves, the factors related to social responsibility such as the environment will not be taken into account. The present coal enterprises not only guarantee their own coal supply chain to balance supply, lowest cost and maximum profit, but also consider a lot of environmental constraints. Therefore, this paper discusses how to achieve low cost, maximization of profits and balanced supply of coal resources in coal enterprises under the restriction of low-carbon environmental factors. It provides a reference for large coal enterprises to manage coal supply chain in low carbon environment. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of supply chain equilibrium supply in coal enterprises, at the same time using AHP to analyze the production of coal enterprise supply chain by means of carbon emission metering method provided by IPCC. The carbon emissions generated by transportation are measured, and then a new model of profit cost of coal enterprises is constructed by using stochastic game theory. The new model takes into account the low carbon cost caused by low carbon constraints. The conclusion is drawn by comparing the economic profit model considering low carbon cost and the economic profit model without considering low carbon cost. Considering the influence factor of low carbon, the enterprise can create welfare for the society, at the same time, the society will also have the corresponding return to the enterprise. The profit of the enterprise includes not only the profit generated by the capital flow of the enterprise, but also the profit of the enterprise. It also includes the invisible profit related to the brand effect brought by the enterprise for the benefit of the society. It shows that the enterprise considers the low carbon cost but the profit space is bigger, the development prospect is better, and the enterprise can develop more steadily in the long term. The author thinks that the supply chain of coal enterprise can achieve the "win-win" relationship between the enterprise and the environment under the low carbon environment, and then improve the competitive advantage of the supply chain of the whole coal enterprise.
