上海奇美科技有限公司員工流失問題的研究

【摘要】:伴隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,以家族企業(yè)為代表的民營企業(yè)發(fā)展尤為凸顯。企業(yè)彼此之間的競爭,已經(jīng)從過去單一的產(chǎn)品競爭、價(jià)格競爭發(fā)展到了現(xiàn)在以人為主的全方位競爭模式。家族企業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)重要發(fā)展力量之一,而人才優(yōu)勢是制約家族企業(yè)發(fā)展最為關(guān)鍵的因素,家族企業(yè)要想在不斷變化的市場競爭中占有一席之地,就必須實(shí)施改革創(chuàng)新之路。然而企業(yè)員工的流失已經(jīng)是個(gè)普遍現(xiàn)象在家族企業(yè)中也不例外,過高的員工流失嚴(yán)重影響的了企業(yè)的發(fā)展,增加了企業(yè)的成本開銷,使得企業(yè)的市場競爭能力銳減,阻礙了家族企業(yè)的發(fā)展壯大,成為家族企業(yè)人力資源中困擾許久的問題。 上海奇美科技有限公司是萬代好國際集團(tuán)下屬大陸地區(qū)玩具屋加盟管理總部。公司成立于2001年,本著“立足浦東、服務(wù)上海、拓展全國、走向世界”的發(fā)展目標(biāo),成功推出獨(dú)具優(yōu)勢的三大創(chuàng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目分別是:奇美玩具屋、奇美兒童感統(tǒng)智能會館、奇美親子早教中心。上海奇美科技有限公司在全國共擁有60余家區(qū)管中心、500多家連鎖店,公司擁有中國首批玩具出口許可證,產(chǎn)品順利進(jìn)駐沃爾瑪、家樂福和迪士尼全球采購體系,獲得了社會各界的一致認(rèn)可,公司現(xiàn)任中國玩具協(xié)會常務(wù)理事、省玩具協(xié)會副理事長單位,連續(xù)被中國外商投資企業(yè)協(xié)會評為全國優(yōu)秀外商投資企業(yè)。 本文以上海奇美科技有限公司員工流失為研究背景,通過對上海奇美科技有限公司從2007年-2011年5年間員工流失的情況進(jìn)行實(shí)際調(diào)查,,通過調(diào)查問卷的方式發(fā)現(xiàn)其存在的主要問題并進(jìn)行逐一分析,尋找造成企業(yè)員工流失這一問題的具體原因,并從人力資源管理方面提出有效的治理方法。 本文通過上海奇美科技有限公司的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,按照提出問題、分析問題、解決問題的順序在三個(gè)方面討論了上海奇美科技有限公司員工流失問題:第一部分主要是企業(yè)人員流失的現(xiàn)狀,包括公司的情況簡介、公司人員的狀況、公司人員流失的現(xiàn)狀,并以相關(guān)學(xué)者關(guān)于企業(yè)員工流失的理論作為研究基礎(chǔ),回顧了馬奇和西蒙理論、莫布雷中介鏈模型、馬斯洛需求層次理論方面關(guān)于人員流失問題的研究成果。第二部分從家族企業(yè)觀念、人才引進(jìn)機(jī)制、職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃、企業(yè)文化方面深入研究了上海奇美科技有限公司人員流失的原因。第三部分提出解決上海奇美科技有限公司人員流失問題的具體措施。上海奇美科技有限公司存在的這些問題既反映了其個(gè)性特征,也反映出目前我國家族企業(yè)發(fā)展中普遍存在的現(xiàn)象,因此本文得出的對策對大多數(shù)家族企業(yè)在員工流失方面有著一定的借鑒和幫助作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic development of our country, the development of private enterprises, represented by family enterprises, is particularly prominent. The competition between enterprises has developed from the single product competition and price competition to the all-round competition mode. Family business is one of the most important forces in the development of national economy, and talent advantage is the most critical factor restricting the development of family business. If family enterprises want to occupy a place in the constantly changing market competition, they must carry out the road of reform and innovation. However, the loss of employees has been a common phenomenon in the family business, too high staff loss has seriously affected the development of the enterprise, increased the cost of the enterprise, and made the market competitive power of the enterprise sharply reduced. It hinders the development of family business and becomes the problem of human resources in family business for a long time. Shanghai Qimei Science and Technology Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Wandai International Group Toy House in mainland China to join the management headquarters. Founded in 2001, in line with the development goal of "based on Pudong, serving Shanghai, expanding the whole country and going to the world", the company successfully launched three pioneering projects with unique advantages: Qimei Toy House, Qimei Kids Intelligence Hall, Qimei parent-child early education center. Shanghai Qimei Technology Co., Ltd. has more than 60 regional management centers and more than 500 chain stores throughout the country. The company has the first toy export licenses in China, and its products are successfully stationed in Wal-Mart, Carrefour and Disney's global procurement system. The company is currently the executive director of the China Toy Association and the Vice Chairman of the Provincial Toy Association, and has been continuously appraised by the China Association of Foreign-funded Enterprises as an excellent foreign-invested enterprise in China. Based on the background of employee turnover in Shanghai Qimei Science and Technology Co., Ltd., this paper investigates the employee turnover in Shanghai Qimei Science and Technology Co., Ltd from 2007 to 2011. Through the way of questionnaire to find out its main problems and analyze one by one to find out the specific causes of the problem of employee turnover and put forward effective management methods from the aspect of human resources management. Through the development of Shanghai Qimei Science and Technology Co., Ltd., according to the questions raised, the paper analyzes the problems. The order of solving the problem is to discuss the problem of employee turnover in Shanghai Qimei Science and Technology Co., Ltd. In three aspects: the first part is mainly about the current situation of the turnover of enterprise personnel, including the brief introduction of the company, the status of the company personnel, the current situation of the staff turnover of the company, Based on the relevant scholars' theory of employee turnover, this paper reviews the research results of Mackie and Simon's theory, Mowbray's intermediary chain model and Maslow's hierarchy of demand theory on the issue of staff turnover. In the second part, the author makes a thorough study on the reasons for the staff turnover in Shanghai Qimei Science and Technology Co., Ltd., from the perspectives of family business concept, talent introduction mechanism, career planning and corporate culture. The third part puts forward the concrete measures to solve the problem of personnel loss in Shanghai Qimei Science and Technology Co., Ltd. These problems in Shanghai Qimei Science and Technology Co., Ltd. not only reflect its personality characteristics, but also reflect the common phenomena existing in the development of family businesses in our country. Therefore, the countermeasures obtained in this paper have a certain reference and help to the staff turnover of most family enterprises.
