大慶沃爾沃整車制造基地建設項目進度控制研究

【摘要】:項目管理的三大目標是成本管理、進度管理和質量管理,這三大目標在項目管理過程中有著舉足輕重的位置,時間對于項目的利益相關方就意味著是效益,也就是金錢,當項目提前完成,就說明需要投入額外的資源,而當項目結束時間延后,就說明需要產生很多間接地費用,因此,制定一個科學合理的進度計劃,并在項目進度過程中運用科學的管理方法予以控制,在項目管理過程中顯得尤為重要。鑒于此,論文在項目進度控制理論研究的基礎上,對大慶沃爾沃整車制造基地建設項目的控制方法及保障措施進行了探討。 論文在總結了國內外學者對項目進度控制理論研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎上,提出了課題研究的背景及意義;概述了項目相關的基本理論及特點,并對項目管理的概念和內容進行了綜述,,從項目計劃制定和項目進度控制兩方面介紹了相關的原理和方法,并對各種方法進行對比分析和研究,為下文的研究奠定了理論基礎;通過對大慶沃爾沃整車制造基地建設項目的現(xiàn)狀、項目進度的規(guī)劃以及影響因素的分析,提出大慶沃爾沃整車制造基地建設項目進度控制的影響因素主要包括環(huán)境因素、人為因素、材料設備因素、技術因素和資金因素五大因素;在此基礎上,以PDCA循環(huán)控制方法為理論基礎,其間加以運用S型曲線方法和掙值分析法對項目進度進行實時監(jiān)測和檢查,并針對出現(xiàn)的偏差進行分析和調整;最后,針對分析結果,提出保障大慶沃爾沃整車制造基地建設項目進度切實可行的措施。論文通過對大慶沃爾沃整車制造基地建設項目進度控制方法的研究,旨在為項目進度控制提供一套科學、合理、有效的措施。
[Abstract]:The three goals of project management are cost management, schedule management and quality management. These three goals play an important role in the process of project management. Time means benefit to the stakeholders of the project, that is, money. When the project is completed ahead of time, it means that additional resources are needed, and when the end of the project is delayed, there will be a lot of indirect costs involved, so make a scientific and reasonable progress plan. Scientific management method is used to control the progress of the project, which is especially important in the process of project management. In view of this, based on the research of project schedule control theory, the paper discusses the control method and guarantee measures of the construction project of Daqing Volvo vehicle manufacturing base. On the basis of summarizing the current situation of the research on the theory of project schedule control at home and abroad, the paper puts forward the background and significance of the research, summarizes the basic theories and characteristics of the project, and summarizes the concept and content of project management. This paper introduces the relevant principles and methods from the two aspects of project planning and project schedule control, and makes a comparative analysis and study of various methods, which lays a theoretical foundation for the following research. Through the analysis of the status quo of the construction project of Daqing Volvo vehicle manufacturing base, the planning of the project progress and the analysis of the influencing factors, the paper puts forward that the influencing factors of the progress control of the Daqing Volvo vehicle manufacturing base construction project mainly include the environmental factors. Human factors, material and equipment factors, technical factors and financial factors, on this basis, based on the PDCA cycle control method as the theoretical basis, In the meantime, the S curve method and earned value analysis method are used to monitor and check the progress of the project in real time, and the deviation is analyzed and adjusted. Finally, according to the analysis results, Put forward the feasible measures to ensure the construction progress of Daqing Volvo vehicle manufacturing base. Through the research on the progress control method of Daqing Volvo vehicle manufacturing base, this paper aims to provide a set of scientific, reasonable and effective measures for the project schedule control.
