我國(guó)汽車行業(yè)上市公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)分析

【摘要】:我國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)過半個(gè)多世紀(jì)的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)成為了國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。從2009年開始,我國(guó)已經(jīng)連續(xù)五年占據(jù)世界產(chǎn)銷冠軍,成為全球最大的汽車需求市場(chǎng),2013年產(chǎn)銷量雙雙突破了2000萬輛,世界市場(chǎng)占有率超過20%。從汽車人均擁有量來看,我國(guó)和世界平均水平還有較大差距,我國(guó)的汽車市場(chǎng)還有很大的潛在需求,市場(chǎng)前景較好,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)汽車制造企業(yè)來講具有一定的優(yōu)勢(shì)。另一方面,我國(guó)的汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)還面臨著來自跨國(guó)企業(yè)帶來的威脅和挑戰(zhàn)。在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)如此強(qiáng)烈的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境中,國(guó)內(nèi)汽車企業(yè)要想生存、發(fā)展,對(duì)其自身核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行培育提升顯得尤為重要。但在提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力之前,必須對(duì)其自身競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)有清楚明確的認(rèn)知。本文在已有的研究成果上,構(gòu)建了汽車企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)體系,利用層次分析法對(duì)汽車制造企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析,根據(jù)判斷矩陣計(jì)算出各指標(biāo)對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力重要性的權(quán)重值,,對(duì)權(quán)重值大小進(jìn)行排序后發(fā)現(xiàn),企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模能力和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力對(duì)企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的影響作用明顯。
[Abstract]:After more than half a century's development, China's automobile industry has become the pillar industry of the national economy. Since 2009, China has occupied the world's top production and sales market for five consecutive years, becoming the largest automobile market in the world. In 2013, the production and sales volume of both cars exceeded 20 million, and the world market share exceeded 20%. From the point of view of per capita ownership of automobiles, there is still a big gap between China and the world average level, and there is still a great potential demand in China's automobile market, and the market prospect is good, which has certain advantages for domestic automobile manufacturing enterprises. On the other hand, the automobile industry of our country also faces the threat and challenge from multinational enterprises. In the competitive market environment, if domestic automobile enterprises want to survive and develop, it is very important to cultivate and promote their own core competitiveness. However, before enhancing competitiveness, we must have a clear understanding of its own strengths and weaknesses. In this paper, based on the existing research results, the evaluation system of core competitiveness of automobile enterprises is constructed, and the competitiveness of automobile manufacturing enterprises is evaluated and analyzed by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). According to the judgment matrix, the weight value of each index to evaluate the importance of enterprise core competence is calculated. After ranking the weight value, it is found that the economic scale ability and the technological innovation ability of the enterprise have obvious influence on the core competence of the enterprise.
