寧夏華夏電源有限公司蓄電池裝配生產(chǎn)線改善研究

【摘要】:企業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程管理粗放,各生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)產(chǎn)能不均衡,人員及設(shè)備利用率低是目前企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理面臨的實(shí)際問題。如何系統(tǒng)的研究企業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程產(chǎn)能不高的影響因素,并對瓶頸環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行深入分析,采取措施提高瓶頸環(huán)節(jié)產(chǎn)能是企業(yè)必須解決的問題。近年來隨著工業(yè)工程技術(shù)的應(yīng)用推廣,逐漸體現(xiàn)了其在解決上述問題方面的重要作用。本文的研究對象為寧夏華夏電源有限公司,該公司總體產(chǎn)能滿足不了訂單要求,各工序產(chǎn)能不均衡,特別是裝配環(huán)節(jié)產(chǎn)能一直制約公司產(chǎn)能提升,生產(chǎn)過程操作人員和設(shè)備的利用率低。針對這一問題本文運(yùn)用工業(yè)工程相關(guān)理論方法,研究產(chǎn)能問題產(chǎn)生的主要原因,并提出改善方案,取得了比較好的效果。論文主要內(nèi)容如下:(1)首先通過各工序產(chǎn)能實(shí)際情況確定制約公司產(chǎn)能的短板在于蓄電池組裝區(qū),確定了2#號裝配線為主要問題點(diǎn)。(2)針對2#號裝配線,運(yùn)用時間研究方法確定各作業(yè)時間,計(jì)算生產(chǎn)線平衡率,確定問題工位。運(yùn)用流程程序方法對整個裝配流程進(jìn)行分析,運(yùn)用5W1H法提問總結(jié)存在的問題;運(yùn)用聯(lián)合作業(yè)分析,分析瓶頸工位存在的問題。(3)在流程程序分析及聯(lián)合作業(yè)分析基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用ECRSI原則,對2#號生產(chǎn)線中存在的人機(jī)利用率低,工作負(fù)荷不均衡等現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。通過提升操作人員和生產(chǎn)設(shè)備利用率,實(shí)現(xiàn)提高裝配線產(chǎn)能的目標(biāo)。(4)針對生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場的工作環(huán)境問題,生產(chǎn)設(shè)備原材料的擺放,生產(chǎn)區(qū)域的安全問題等做出改進(jìn)。(5)對改進(jìn)后效果進(jìn)行評價。改進(jìn)方案實(shí)施后,鉛酸蓄電池裝配和組裝區(qū)域生產(chǎn)線的人機(jī)利用率得到了明顯提高,產(chǎn)能大幅度提升,降低了生產(chǎn)成本,產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)周期明顯縮短,操作人員的工作環(huán)境有了大幅改善。
[Abstract]:Extensive production process management, unbalanced production capacity and low utilization ratio of personnel and equipment are the practical problems faced by enterprise production management at present. How to systematically study the influence factors of low production capacity in the production process, and analyze the bottleneck link in depth, and take measures to improve the bottleneck capacity is the problem that enterprises must solve. In recent years, with the application and popularization of industrial engineering technology, it has gradually reflected its important role in solving the above problems. The research object of this paper is Ningxia Huaxia Power supply Co., Ltd., the overall capacity of the company can not meet the requirements of the order, the production capacity of each process is uneven, especially the assembly capacity has been restricting the company's capacity increase. Low utilization of production process operators and equipment. In view of this problem, this paper studies the main causes of the productivity problem by using the relevant theories and methods of industrial engineering, and puts forward the improvement scheme, which has achieved better results. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) firstly, the short plate that restricts the production capacity of the company is determined by the actual situation of each process capacity, and the assembly line of 2# is determined as the main problem point. (2) aiming at the assembly line of 2#, Time research method is used to determine the working time, to calculate the balance rate of production line, and to determine the problem position. The whole assembly process is analyzed by the process program method, the existing problems are summarized by the 5W1H method, the problems existing in the bottleneck station are analyzed by using the joint operation analysis. (3) on the basis of the process program analysis and the joint operation analysis, By using ECRSI principle, the phenomena of low man-machine utilization ratio and unbalanced workload in the product line No. 2# are improved. By improving the utilization ratio of operators and production equipment to achieve the goal of improving assembly line capacity. (4) to solve the problem of working environment on the production site, the raw materials of production equipment are placed. Improve the safety of production area. (5) evaluate the effect of the improvement. After the implementation of the improved scheme, the man-machine utilization ratio of the production line of lead-acid battery assembly and assembly area has been obviously improved, the production capacity has been greatly increased, the production cost has been reduced, and the production cycle of the product has been significantly shortened. The working environment of the operators has been greatly improved.
