【摘要】：LED照明為半導(dǎo)體照明是第四代照明產(chǎn)品，它具有低碳、節(jié)能、環(huán)保、壽命長、色彩鮮艷、無頻閃等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，是世界上公認(rèn)的理想光源。作為一種綠色光源，隨著成本的降低必將逐步取代其他照明產(chǎn)品，所以LED照明燈具具有非常廣闊的市場前景。同時由于LED的優(yōu)良特性，引起了政府的極大關(guān)注，并頒布了LED照明產(chǎn)品相關(guān)的補(bǔ)貼政策，這將更會給相關(guān)企業(yè)提供發(fā)展機(jī)會。 從目前的市場來看，全球銷售額最大的100家零售企業(yè)，幾乎全部都是采用了跨國連鎖經(jīng)營的模式，連鎖經(jīng)營是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)營方式和組織方式，是在全世界經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域中最為推崇的商業(yè)模式。連鎖經(jīng)營模式在我國也得到了長足的發(fā)展，目前也正處于快速發(fā)展的階段。但現(xiàn)階段在LED照明領(lǐng)域成熟的連鎖經(jīng)營模式還很少，故借鑒連鎖經(jīng)營模式在其他行業(yè)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對LED領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用連鎖經(jīng)營模式進(jìn)行研究及探討有重要的意義。 本文對LED行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展趨勢及相關(guān)政策進(jìn)行梳理，對連鎖經(jīng)營的概念、相關(guān)理論及實(shí)踐進(jìn)行分析，以哈爾濱睿辰環(huán)宇節(jié)能科技有限公司發(fā)展LED照明產(chǎn)品連鎖經(jīng)營模式為例，，對LED行業(yè)以連鎖經(jīng)營的模式開創(chuàng)事業(yè)進(jìn)行分析，同時應(yīng)用戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃工具對創(chuàng)業(yè)行為進(jìn)行分析指導(dǎo)。希望本次研究不僅能夠解決哈爾濱睿辰環(huán)宇節(jié)能科技有限公司在LED照明行業(yè)連鎖經(jīng)營模式的問題，同時為LED照明行業(yè)連鎖經(jīng)營模式提供一些理論、探討和思考。
[Abstract]:LED lighting is the fourth generation lighting product. It has the advantages of low carbon, energy saving, environmental protection, long life, bright color, no stroboscopic and so on. It is recognized as the ideal light source in the world. As a kind of green light source, with the decrease of cost, LED lighting will gradually replace other lighting products, so LED lighting has a very broad market prospect. At the same time, because of the excellent characteristics of LED, the government pays great attention to it, and promulgates the subsidy policy related to LED lighting products, which will provide more development opportunities for related enterprises. Judging from the current market, almost all of the 100 largest retail enterprises in the world by sales have adopted the mode of transnational chain operation, which is the modern mode of operation and the mode of organization. It is the most popular business model in the world economy. Chain management mode has also been developed rapidly in China, and is also in the stage of rapid development. However, there are few chain management models mature in the field of LED lighting at the present stage, so it is of great significance to study and discuss the application of chain operation mode in the field of LED for reference to the successful experience of other industries. This paper analyzes the current situation, development trend and related policies of LED industry, analyzes the concept, related theory and practice of chain operation, and takes Harbin Ruichen Huanyu Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd as an example to develop the chain management mode of LED lighting products. In this paper, the author analyzes the business of LED industry in the mode of chain operation, and applies the strategic planning tools to analyze and guide the entrepreneurial behavior. It is hoped that this study will not only solve the problem of the chain operation mode of Harbin Ruichen Huanyu Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd in LED lighting industry, but also provide some theory, discussion and thinking for the chain operation mode of LED lighting industry.
