基于全壽命周期的風電企業(yè)設備采購與運維管理研究

【摘要】:常規(guī)化石能源的存量銳減和生態(tài)環(huán)境的污染破壞為新能源的發(fā)展提供了契機。作為可再生能源,風電以其巨大的減排效益和較低的發(fā)電成本成為了最受歡迎的清潔能源之一。在過去的十年中,中國的風電產業(yè)有了突飛猛進的發(fā)展,裝機容量居世界第一,但與此同時也面臨著并網發(fā)電困難、棄風限電嚴重的瓶頸。風電設備是風電場運營的直接載體,風電設備管理的好壞直接影響著風電企業(yè)的經濟效益和風電產業(yè)的健康程度。在我國風電產業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的需求下,進行基于全壽命周期的風電設備采購與運維管理研究就顯得尤為重要。 本文首先在對全壽命周期管理研究現(xiàn)狀綜述的基礎上,闡述了風電設備、設備全壽命周期管理、供應商選擇評價和BP神經網絡等相關基礎理論,論述了風電設備全壽命周期管理的階段和內容。其次,分析了我國風電設備采購及運維管理的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題及成因,探討了對風電設備實施全壽命周期管理的必要性。再次,分析了風電設備采購管理的目標和流程,在現(xiàn)行的指標體系的基礎上,運用全壽命周期管理方法,新增了可靠性、全壽命周期成本、并網能力和度電成本等指標,運用SPSS軟件對指標進行了分析,構建了風電設備供應商選擇評價指標體系,運用BP神經網絡方法構建了風電設備供應商選擇評價模型,通過實例驗證了模型的有效性。最后,從開展全壽命周期管理績效評估、健全風電設備全面管理制度、強化風電設備狀態(tài)檢修管理、提高風電設備并網能力和加強風電設備信息化管理五個方面,對風電設備運維管理提出了策略建議,為風電企業(yè)加強設備管理提供了借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:The sharp reduction of the stock of conventional fossil energy and the destruction of ecological environment provide an opportunity for the development of new energy. As a renewable energy, wind power has become one of the most popular clean energy with its huge emission reduction efficiency and low power generation cost. In the past ten years, China's wind power industry has developed by leaps and bounds, and its installed capacity ranks first in the world, but at the same time, it is also faced with the difficulty of grid-connected power generation and the serious bottleneck of abandoning wind and limiting electricity. Wind power equipment is the direct carrier of wind farm operation. The management of wind power equipment directly affects the economic benefits of wind power enterprises and the health degree of wind power industry. Under the demand of sustainable development of wind power industry in China, it is very important to study the purchasing and operation management of wind power equipment based on the whole life cycle. In this paper, based on the review of the current research situation of life-cycle management, the related basic theories, such as wind power equipment, equipment life-cycle management, supplier selection evaluation and BP neural network, are expounded in this paper. The stage and content of the whole life cycle management of wind power equipment are discussed. Secondly, the paper analyzes the current situation, existing problems and causes of wind power equipment purchasing and operation management in China, and probes into the necessity of implementing the life-cycle management of wind power equipment. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the goal and flow of wind power equipment purchasing management. Based on the current index system, it adds some new indicators, such as reliability, life cycle cost, grid connection ability and power cost, using the method of whole life cycle management. The evaluation index system of wind power equipment supplier selection is constructed by using SPSS software, and the evaluation model of wind power equipment supplier selection is constructed by using BP neural network method. The validity of the model is verified by an example. Finally, from five aspects: developing the performance evaluation of the whole life cycle management, perfecting the overall management system of wind power equipment, strengthening the management of wind power equipment condition maintenance, improving the ability of wind power equipment to connect to the grid and strengthening the information management of wind power equipment. Some suggestions are put forward for wind power equipment operation and maintenance management, which provides a reference for wind power enterprises to strengthen equipment management.
