【摘要】：機會-資源一體化能力是一個新概念,其提出的目的在于從機會和資源整合層面系統(tǒng)地探究企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)行為的本質(zhì)特征。同時,以能力視角作為研究的切入點更加符合機會-資源一體化的動態(tài)性本質(zhì),有助于揭示企業(yè)新價值創(chuàng)造的機理過程。為了實現(xiàn)上述目的,本文首先在理論層面界定了機會-資源一體化的內(nèi)涵及其度量體系;其次,系統(tǒng)梳理了動態(tài)能力的理論體系,同時將其與機會-資源一體化進行融合,從而明確機會-資源一體化能力的研究邏輯;最后,本文以案例分析作為主要研究方法,通過探索亞泰集團不同生命周期階段的關(guān)鍵事件來總結(jié)機會與資源之間的一體化過程,進而從核心能力生成、核心能力驅(qū)動以及新的生命周期三個階段揭示出機會-資源一體化能力的衍生路徑,最終構(gòu)建了機會-資源一體化能力的衍生機理模型。
[Abstract]:The capability of opportunity-resource integration is a new concept, which aims to explore systematically the essential characteristics of entrepreneurial behavior from the aspect of opportunity and resource integration. At the same time, the capability perspective is more in line with the dynamic nature of opportunity-resource integration, which is helpful to reveal the mechanism process of enterprise's new value creation. In order to achieve the above purpose, this paper firstly defines the connotation and measurement system of opportunity-resource integration at the theoretical level; secondly, it systematically combs the theoretical system of dynamic capability and combines it with opportunity-resource integration. Finally, this paper uses case analysis as the main research method to summarize the integration process between opportunity and resources by exploring the key events in different life cycle stages of Yatai Group. Then it reveals the derivative path of opportunity-resource integration ability from three stages of core competence generation, core competence driving and new life cycle, and finally constructs the derivative mechanism model of opportunity-resource integration ability.
